i just absolutely love the over night guy there...i believe his name is paul...he is very friendly and always greets me with a smile...love the over nights i can get in and get straight to my workout paul checks me in as soon as he sees me pull into the gym and paul is always there if i need to talk it out instead of work it out

It’s never too crowded and it’s always clean. Only one time has there been a bunch of riffraff gonna be gangsters hanging out in the back by the weights and that pissed me off but other than that it’s been great. I only one sittinsighting of loser Mark in here wants to what a loser what a loser and that loser comes in and starts staring at himself in the mirror and flexing then I leave I can’t take his body odor.

Can you move one of the mat locations? So I don't continue to get reported by your PF employees that I don't put my mat back. Your female employee approached me on 12/13 at 545 pm, stating I didn't put my mat back on prior visit. She told me I'm "obligated" to put my mat back. PF Policy says, "we ask" nothing about "obligated" and she wished me luck taking your gym to court for harassment. I brought up safety and she didn't care how it could affect the establishment.I was reported again about 4 weeks ago for not putting my mat away and not wiping down equipment. I wipe my equipment down EVERY use, you have cameras to validate it.Every time I use the mats I wipe them down and if the back room is full I lay the mat on the half wall as I'm not pushing my way thru people, interrupting their workout, tripping over people (has happened), stepping over them while they workout in front of the mat location(s). SAFETY FIRST especially when it comes to your customers. Most times I retrieve a mat from the half wall left behind by someone else. I'm sure others who lift weights up front who use a mat can agree and appreciate a mat left on the half wall making it easily accessible.Change of a location of mats would be great. On half wall right outside the boxed in workout room or don't allow people to workout right in front of mats allowing easy access for all customers.I've been going to this gym for 2 years, same time, same faces and it's never been an issue. Convinced it's the employees who are reporting since they have nothing else better to do.

They give SO many ways to reward yourself for a job well done! They have stickers so you can put it on your calendar. They have a point system to get free healthy snacks or drinks for attendence. Massage beds. Their 30 minute circuit is only 30 minutes with a red light/green light ANDS they have grape Tootsie rolls at the front desk! BF skinner would be proud, so many ways to positively reinforce yourself to develop a habit of going to the gym :) Thankyou ❤️

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Planet is probably one of the WORST gyms you can go to… I haven’t been to the gym since probably September 2021, I finally went in to CANCEL my membership November 2022, come to find out my account was “frozen”. Fast forward to October 2023, I get a charge from planet fitness on my bank statement, so I did a little digging & I see that I have been getting charged since March of 2023… I spoke with the manager Savannah, who then precedes to tell me “it was a manager who froze your account, they wouldn’t mix up the process & make that mistake”. Well, they can’t refund me for the months I was being charged that I was under the impression it was cancelled & also HAVEN’T been there in over 2 years… Sorry savannah, the “manager” at the time made that mistake, but you guys won’t admit that.

I have no problem with the gym whatsoever however I pulled up to work out and there was a sign on the door that says they are closed from 2 AM to 3 AM. Apparently this is a daily thing that they do however the website does not reflect that.

I appreciate all of the times that the workers here have had to help me unlock my locker, haha. I also just recently forgot my necklace and the PM crew was kind enough to hold it for me until I got there next to pick it up. They’re wonderful.5 stars overall because of the building’s cleanliness, the polite staff, and the convenience of the hours.

This is a clean, very well maintained club at all times. It has a nice mix of patrons and Jeff and Savannah, the managers, are dynamos in club management skills. And Paul, the king of the graveyard shift, is personable and makes you feel right at home-- Every club should have a Paul! I am proud to consider this my home Planet Fitness

Updated equipment with good lighting. Staff could be more attentive to users that do not follow wipe down policy.
