Vincent, the service technician, did a fine job at the maintenance appt. for my refrigerator.I do think it’s unreasonable for Sears to ask their customers to be at home all day, from 8 AM-5 PM, when the technician can’t arrive until late afternoon. Most companies gives a 4 hour window, when setting up appoints for service, maintenance or repair. Sears needs to do that too!

This company is terrible. Took them 2 appointments to diagnose the problem. Had to order a part and reschedule a new service appointment. Charged over 500 dollars and have now had 2 appointments scheduled and no one has showed up. I had to miss 2 days of work for this. This company is a scam. Their customer service is terrible and have no respect for the customer! I will be reporting to the BBB!

Called in a request for repair of door which would flop open. Fixed the door but also replaced the motor housing (said it was leaking, but we saw no evidence of that) which took much longer. Then after replacing the motor housing, it was dysfunctional, and he said it needs replaced. I believe he broke something that didn’t NEED fixed, and that your company owes us a new dishwasher.Service: Dishwasher repair

Our home warranty contracted Sears home repair to fix our dryer. The day of our scheduled appointment, they called and said they had to reschedule. They rescheduled for the following and never showed up or called. When we called then, we couldn't get through to a representative. We called our home warranty who advised that sears was not answering their emails or communications either and that they had no clue why they just didn't show up. Sears finally called a day later and said they can't come out for another week least. We could also hear them talking to friends in the background. The whole situation has been extremely unprofessional.

Vincent was knowledgeable and helpful. Disappointed in the fact we were given a 10% coupon from SEARS for a Kenmore refrigerator that expires in 30 days however there are no Kenmore refrigerators on Sears website and it's very disappointing that it's only on Kenmore appliances. Also disappointed in making the appointment because they only want to sell warranties and they read from a script. We had requested a later day appointment and were told that it was noted however it was not lucky for us we were available when the tech called. Disappointed all around EXCEPT for Vincent's services.Vincent gets 5 stars... Sears zero.

Repair person was wonderful! Automated system for scheduling is terrible. Impossible to get a person on the phone. Appointments rescheduled without a reason provided. Took 3 weeks to finally be repaired!!Service: Washing machine repair

Hakeem was very efficient and thorough in getting my dishwasher running again, even cleaning the screen to prevent problems in the future. if/when any of our other appliances develops issues, I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Booked through sears home services waited all day, no show, no text, no call, no common courtesy. Confirmed appt. after window passed and they said tech would call but that was just another deception.
