I went to the store to trade in a phone and upgrade. Also to add on another line and get a new phone for that line. They only had one 15 pro max in stock and I wanted 2 of them, so I gave that one that was in stock to my brother for his new line. I would have waited for a 15 promax to be sent in the mail for myself after trading in my device, But the associate convinced me that the 15 plus would work the same the only difference was it only had two cameras instead of three. I let the associate know that the main reason I wanted that phone was not only to upgrade from my 13 Pro, but because I wanted to play resident evil on my phone. The associate reassured me multiple times, as well as all of the other associates in the store at the time that I indeed would be able to play resident evil on the iPhone 15 plus, So I went ahead and went with the associates recommendation, Only for me to figure out on my own when I received my new device in the mail, that I actually cannot play that game on the iPhone 15 plus because it’s not compatible with the device. The associate spent so much time doing a whole bunch of math on a piece of paper of phones that I didn’t even ask him for, Taking up more of my time than what was already spent there. You would think he could’ve spent that Time looking into the phone he was trying to sell me to make sure the information he was telling me was correct. The fact that all of the associates said the same thing comes to show that clearly they are all uneducated on the phones That they are selling to people. The only reason I did not go through The refund process is because I was informed that I would have to return to the original store and I refuse to return to a store, where the associates are uneducated and wasted my time. Now I’m stuck with a phone that I really don’t want. This was my first time going to that location and my last. Very disappointing.

Hey they had what I wanted. Which was 5G wireless internet, and they explained what all I needed to do to get it setup and running, and it works great.

The customer service for getting two phone lines made for our plan was very slow, and full of issues created by lack of knowledge and care. We had to call back several times to have them correct information that was wrong.They also slipped in a tracker device in our plan and put it in our bag without talking to us about it. When I asked what it was and about it, they said it was something free by TMobile. Later, I found out it costs $2.00 a month and somehow comes with a protection plan like a regular cell phone for $7.00 a month.After calling tmobile customer service to cancel and get money refunded they said I was past my 14 days and they could not longer cancel, yet give me the money upfront for the 21 months of service. The protection plan was able to be canceled but this is and was deception. I explained I has an unopened device to return and wanted nothing to do with this, however it is free? Not really after the time spent discussing it, then having to remember to cancel it after 21 months which supposedly then it actually can be canceled.Very displeased with this store and should be avoided unless you like frustrations in your life.

Don’t waste your time going into this store, the employee Cici or Cece is incapable of doing anything to help customers, not once but twice she was so unbelievably unhelpful. First encounter, we went in to return our internet right away she was talking rudely about her fellow coworkers who were not present to defend themselves to a customer once it was our turn we were asked if we had a label, we did not get one when we initiated our return online and were unable to print it out regardless due to not having a printer, she refused to help did not ask our name to look up the account to see if she could assist us, literally just stood there saying we should have a label, she did say the most she could do is print it out if needed but wouldn’t help us any other way to obtain said label. We contacted customer service an informed them of our issue, they stated it was weird that the associate didnt really do anything in store and sent the label to our email promptly, we then returned to the store once again she was there doing what she does best, just standing there not helping anyone, the other associate was helping customers back to back, but once again we left with the box and the label because they wouldn’t ship it back , then what was the point of coming to the store with said label if they weren’t gonna ship it out to begin with. Something that should have a been a once and done trip has now turned into two, and a trip to the nearest UPS store to ship out an item they could’ve shipped out. Save your time, it’s not worth putting up with shotty customer service just for shotty internet.

Beware. Manager sold me a plan that was either a mistake or a bait and switch. Then I spent two lunch hours stopping in to get it corrected. Each time he promised to fix it but it never happened. Then spent more time with messaging to company to try and get what he promised. Wasted time with no results. Cancelled my service and going with a company that is honest. He could have let me know he made an honest mistake instead of saying he would fix the issue, which leaves me to believe it was a bait and switch. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I am a Sprint customer. On two separate occasions I went to this location. Both times I was told that Sprint customers were not changed over to T Mobile and they were not able to help me until that happened. The second time they referred me to another store where there was someone from Sprint. In my opinion, all T Mobile stores should be able to help me. Personnel need to be trained to help all customers.
