Awesome fun for the kids! Some interesting history, fun games and activities, unlimited ice tea and lemonade, and ice cream sampling. The lay out is the gift shop and tasting lab, where you can make your own flavor of ice cream, is on the first floor. The kids area with unlimited samples is on the second. A heads up to the lactose intolerant, there are no dairy free options of ice cream from Turkey Hill. So while it was a blast to make a flavor, I left my kids to eat it. But the staff was super helpful and kid friendly.

I'm going to be honest which is going to bother some people. It is not worth the money at all. There are like 5 things to do, my son was bored with in the 1st hour. The guy that did the Ice Cream tasting in Lab A was not personal at all he said to not speak while he was speaking and was almost rude to the point we ended up walking about before it was over. By the time you get to create your ice cream it's melted anyway. The best part was trying the flavors upstairs.

We visited on sunday for my birthday, it was a wonderful experience. There was so much to do, free ice cream and iced tea samples. We paid extra for the taste lab and got to make our own ice cream flavor. We had a blast, definitely recommend!!!

I was north duke mini market in Lancaster pa. I was speaking to Cisco and biaco. The store was very clean by walking around and meaning around store. In my opinion this store could have cow bell ring as customers to brighten children and parents. This would bring to alot of customers. When opening the milk cases. The history of turkey hill is amazing. In. God love April rock

Honestly disappointed in this place, we went here last weekend for my son’s birthday and it was not worth it! I planned ahead and got tickets for the taste lab and I thought it was gonna be more of a make your own ice cream experience, instead it was here’s a pint of ice cream and here’s some toppings, and the classroom was so crowded it was uncomfortable and loud, the rest of the first floor was just the gift shop, the second floor had some fun things like milking a fake cow (but only 1 cow was working) and the area was very tight to move around, also “driving” an old milk truck, and spinning the churn, and walking into the cooler, but literally everything else that was so called interactive was on a screen, that’s not my idea of interactive… it was just a huge let down

Fun interactive experience for kids. It was a little more money than I found worth it for adults but okay to do once. You do get unlimited free ice cream sampling at the end, but the rest of it is mainly a few activities for kids to do. Still fun for a low key outing

Wonderful experience! We took our 4 year old grandson and he had a ball!So much to do, very generous samples, welcoming, engaging staff and very reasonably priced. We especially appreciated that they give a free admission to veterans and a little pin to thank them for their service. These honorable men and women are definitely not appreciated as they should be, Turkey Hill makes sure they are! Thanks Turkey Hill for a fun,educational,hands-on visit for the whole family! ?

Not that big and a bit cheesy. I'd personally skip the ice cream lab. I did it years ago and it was basically just adding flavorings and toppings to an ice cream base and mixing it up. Ice cream samples are included in base admission, so you won't be missing out on eating ice cream.I would say it's is geared towards families with kids maybe ages 6-13. Toddler/preschool age is going to be too young to get much out of it. However, if everyone is ages 14+, as a general rule of thumb I'd give it a miss. A lot of the activities are pretty basic (the best one was the make your own TV commercial). Overall, it feels like an attraction created on the cheap without that much imagination. It's not a terrible choice if you're the right audience. However, keep your expectations pretty tempered.

What a fun day! My kids had so much fun with the interactive stations. I noticed as soon as we got here, there was a plaque signifying that the building was autism certified. It was fun but without the sensory overload, ( this may be important to some reading this) . It did get crowded..but still manageable. The ice cream sampling was amazing..like huge scoops! You could also get as much as you wanted and there was samples of tea..my fav ? The best part was making up our own ice cream. The staff also removed the peanut butter flavoring from our table. Also, all the nut toppings were together...so as long as you can be in the room with nuts, it can be safe for nut allergies. Take a trip here! Very fun.

It was a interesting experience. More for kids and not that much learning for adults as the activities are games designed for little ones. The "make your own flavor" was tight and crammed. They max out the room as much as they can and you might have to share your station with other familys, honestly we were uncomfortable with how crammed everyone was, we ended up skipped out on the tea experience. I would say it's a little over priced and not much of a experience for adults but from a kids perspective it's prolly alot of fun. 5 out of 10 points on the scale of fun meter

What a fun experience and the unlimited samples of ice cream and tea included in the basic ticket is worth the price alone.

What a fun experience! As a group of adults we were not sure what to expect as far as adult/kid ratios but on the Friday that we visited, it was mostly an adult venue. Free ice cream tasting and unlimited tea is included in the basic admission. Highly recommend the Triple Play, which allows you to make your own ice cream as well as learn about tea and participate in a tasting. The main area gives a great historical overview of the Turkey Hill daries as well as lots of interactive areas where you can learn about the production of ice cream. Allow your inner child out and have some fun!
