Sebastian was a tremendous help to us today. We had to get a new phone as my husband's died. After a few drops onto concrete. We were able to get a new phone Netflix. Hulu, HBOMAX, Disney+, and ESPN+ for $20 and drop the pricing I was paying at home for each individually. Our Verizon bill wound up being less than it currently is. When I walked into the store he was very personable, patient, explained everything and was so helpful! Definitely go visit Sebastian for your Verizon needs.

I will preface this review by saying I have never enjoyed going into any wireless retailer store. That all changed when I went into this Columbia location. Kashema and the rest of the staff there are outstanding! I was never rushed. They listen to everything my family needed and provided me with the best options for my budget. Kashema is considerate and has wonderful customer service qualities. I dealt with other Verizon stores throughout the Lancaster area, this, by far is the best one! I’m telling all my friends and family to go here for all of their wireless needs or plans.

I am very pleased with the staff at this location. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. They treat you like real people at this store and I made genuine connections with the staff here. They made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchases before I left the store. 5/5! I will be recommending all of my friends and family to visit this store!

April was incredibly helpful. My husband’s phone broke and we came in 10 minutes before close she stayed and helped us buy and set up the phone with no hassle. If I could rate her 10/10 I would she was AMAZING. Will be back to buy from April for myself
