“Dr. Bartlett is a very knowledgeable and competent veterinarian. Are you going to wait longer than another vet, probably, but that comes with the territory of going to a veterinarian that is also an emergency hospital. I have a 9 and 1/2-year-old Doberman whose last vet was so intimidated by him that he really wasn't getting good care. Every vet visit felt more like a sales pitch than genuine medical care. After an emergency vet visit at the downtown pets where they stabilized him, I brought him to Dr. Bartlett. He has done wonders for my dog and giving me extra time with him and I was assured the other vets that he would probably not live through the week. My dog went from hating to the vet to it being one of his favorite places to visit.”

“I exclusively bring my animals here to see Dr. Dill. I first brought my rabbits to him years ago for them to be fixed. They were so reasonable on pricing and gave me critical care and meds and clear instructions. They are great about communicating. Now I bring my two rescue doggos here and Dr. Dill does a great job examining them and making recommendations. All of the staff are always so nice - they loved holding Toffee and Cupid after their surgeries and everyone loved Peaches yesterday when I brought her in for her wellness exam. I will be coming here for as long as I have animals and they're open, no matter how far the drive”
“We first visited after our original vet's office experienced a fire and were so, so pleasantly surprised for the excellent care our kitty received and the kindness the Pine Creek team showed us.
Our cat is in heart failure and is on a lot of medicine, so he's not the simplest case for them to take on but we were so grateful. We've set up a future appointment with our doberman to establish his care here as well.”

“Dr. Schneider is the best! She has been our vet for 3 dogs now. She is amazing! She takes the time to explain things in detail. She is caring and doesnt make you feel rushed. She just removed 3 mast cell tumors off my doggy and did an amazing job. I dont think we will ever go anywhere else!”

“Wonderful, attentive staff. I never feel rushed through the appointment and they actively listen to any comments or concerns regarding our pets. It is a little expensive, but I also consider the vaccines and overhead it takes to operate an animal hospital. (divide that fee into 12 months for protection and care!) Very friendly staff.”

“Dr. Amin has always been amazing with getting my pets in. Both of my animals are rescues. My dog can be very nervous and he has such a calming attitude with him. He managed to get my dog in a muzzle better than I even could. He also handles my outright aggressive cat with such respect. He is the only vet that’s even been able to fully examine her. I know she is not his favorite patient but I really appreciate everything she’s done for her.”
“Really lovely staff. I brought a found parakeet with a broken wing here. Avian vets are hard to find, but full marks to this vet for even accepting birds at all. I probably should have inquired after pain meds, but derped, and they didn't offer any. I ended up keeping said bird as no one came forward for having lost it and he is still alive and chirping again. They even texted me a few days later to see how he was doing. Love that. 💜”

“We have been taking our dogs to Hempfield Animal Hospital for many years. Dr. Purvis and staff have helped us through some tough times, and their compassion is unmatched. “I can not praise Dr. Ludwig and team enough. Over the weekend, I was completely convinced our dog was at end stage. We even gave him a bucket list day! I took him to the vet Monday morning when they opened (without an appointment) expecting to put him down. Dr. Ludwig was really adamant that Cooper has Cushings...every symptom screamed Cushings Disease. However, he had a negative test about 6 months ago. Dr. Ludwig suggested we do an ultrasound and a second test for Cushings. To be honest, I didn't have a lot of faith in the Cushings diagnosis since he already had a negative result, but, agreed to re-test. Results today, he was positive!! This weekend I was preparing for absolute devastation... today, I am thanking Dr. Ludwig for going with his instincts. We have more time with Super Duper Cooper!! You are the best Dr. Ludwig. I can't thank you enough!!”
