I visited this store twice. The deli was terrible. Everything was dried out and the chicken looked like jerky. The shelves were understocked and the flip flops were hanging on the same rack as the food. They followed me around, not speaking, and treating me if I was a shoplifter. They were very creepy. I wish they would fly back to where they came from, we deserve better.

I have camped in Confluence for many years. We loved all the previous store owners. They were friendly and appreciated your service. The current owners are a disgrace to this little town. When you call and explain to them you have been overcharged, they tell you to bring your receipt to the customer service desk to refund the difference. When you get there, it's like a flock of chickens coming after you. They give you a runaround, and nobody knows how to make a refund. So, here I am for 20 minutes and nothing, so I just walked out the door with no refund. I would never go in this store again, until these people leave. I would like to see this little town chase them out, so honest people can return to this store again. They lie!

This is a small town grocery store. Most of the shelves were bare, slim picking, so to speak. We stayed at an Airbnb a few miles away and needed food for our weekend stay. We decided to shop local and found our way to this store.
We made due with what we could find here. The staff was very nice and helpful. We did purchase 4 steaks that were absolutely amazing. In the end, we did support a small business, which made it worthwhile.

I used to love this little store. Appears to have new owners. Definitely a new staff. Very rude and unfriendly. I used to shop here once a week. I will no longer be shopping here.

I love this place. I've been shopping there for years. The only complaint I got is on the hot food side since they changed owners. I always love the chicken there, it has always been my favorite until the last two times I tried it. Very disappointed in the quality. Got the chicken tenders last week they were old and dried out. Today I purchased the 8 piece chicken and it was also dried out and old. (Jerky) very disappointed. I hope this isn't going to become the new normal.

A store going Contemporary .... but preserving its long customer heritage in this small town of Confluence..
This store is now undergoing changes and one can feel more customer friendliness now.
The first thing a customer notices is greetings with a smile by its staff. Some of the staff may be new but the eagerness to learn and help customers with their search of not so common (or not so visible) items is natural and visible. This does not mean that they are following the customers as noted in the review by some local guides.
The flow of customers and tourists has increased to the store and is widely visible. Many locals have come and thanked for running the store in this small town that is like a life line to both elderly and new people coming to this area either as tourists or bikers.
The stock of inventory is fully stacked now unless when there is a long weekend and when people try to stock their camp needs / home stays to the fullest ??.
You can talk to the managers there freely and they are more than willing to go out of the way to help you. Another point noted in the review by another local guide was that the rest room is not accessible. The rest room is maintained very clean and tidy and is 100% accessible to all customers any time. Any customer walking into the store in the evening cannot miss the cleaning smiling staff carrying out moping and cleaning of the store.
To summarize, the store is fully stocked with customer friendly staff and one should visit it to feel the new change…….
