Used a coupon from area Shopper for a reasonably-priced oil change and tire rotation. Price on coupon was honored. In their 30 point safety inspection, they found an exhaust leak, informed me and estimated cost to fix. No pressure, just let me know. Thanks for a job well-done with no gimmicks! Guess they "made me happy"!

Bought an f-250 last July here and the transaction was great. I took it back to them a year later for inspection and oil change. The mechanic and the service people were absolutely great. The mechanic was super busy and I asked two questions and he answered. The service writers too were extremely helpful as well. Great place to deal with.

Have a F250 xlt power stroke diesel truck took the truck in to find an electrical issue as the batteries kept getting drained. They called And told me it was a $700 sensor that would fix the issue. While it was there someone backed into it and smashed the tailgate and tail lights. They fixed that And said it was all better. So I picked the truck up after they had it for 3.5 weeks. Brought it home and parked it as it's not a daily driver. Went to Use it 2 weeks later and the batteries were completely dead again. I took the truck back to them and they kept the truck For a week and half and told me there was nothing wrong. The people in the office are rude and they treated Me like I was incompetent person and tried to say i left lights on. There is nothing plugged in or turned on. I do not recommend anyone use this garage if it's not something they can directly see as they do not investigate what they can't see. Also while there the tech guys were behind the desk dropping the F-bomb and farting on each other. I understand work place fun but maybe keep it out in shop away from customers if that is how you play

We were in the market for a new vehicle and brought our car in for a trade-in. Everything was fine with it but after the manager test drove it he said there was a misfire in the engine and offered us way below KBB value. We asked if we could speak to the manager who drove it to ask him about the supposed engine issue; but he wouldn't speak to us. After being denied by the bank for what we wanted, we left the lot and our check engine light came on, which we never had a problem with before. We called and asked to speak to the manager and I believe we talked to the office manager. She stated that when he got in the car and started it the light came on and then changed her story and said well after he started driving it the light came on and that's when he ran a diagnostic test. Well upon returning to the car and turning it on to leave, there was no light on, but it came on right after we left the lot. He must have honed on the accelerator something fierce to cause the misfire in the engine , causing the engine light to come on. After they performed the diagnostic check, They reset the light so we wouldn't notice (so they thought). We will most likely have to eat the cost of having this fixed. The office lady told us that we can take it to our mechanic and if they say it's their fault that they will pay for the repairs, but how likely is that to happen? The fact that the person who drove the vehicle would not even speak to us, says a lot and we believe they know exactly what they did and they are now trying to cover it.
