Never had a problem getting my prescriptions filled here. Always nice and go out of their way to help customers. 100% better than Giant Eagle in Meadville. My go to pharmacy. Thanks Rite Aid for your excellent service.

You might want to update your hours on Google. Pretty disheartening to make a special trip to get there before 8 o’clock which is what Google says is your closing time, only to find out that the store closed at 6 PM by the way it says that the Google site for your Rite Aid was updated five days ago. I guess they missed that.

Worst pharmacy in the world!! They discriminate against people that need pain medication. They are also unorganized and very bad at communications. Save your time go some place else trust me. Oh let's not forget how rude they are too.

Horrible customer service, pharmacy has no idea what's going, loses insurance information after years. Never have had family or myself treated so badly ever. Switching pharmacy and will never go back.The one pharmacist is so nasty and snotty, looks down on others for needing pain medication.

This store is always well stocked and has very pleasant and efficient staff. There is always someone available if I need assistance. This is my favorite Rite Aid because of the employees and availability of items on sale.

No matter when you go they are slow!!!! The drive through is so aggravating. Usually always the same woman works it and she moves like a snail. Has convos with ppl that aren't about meds.. the excess convo and her moving with no urgency is maddening!!!! If you go into the store they take forever to wait on you... They will answer drive through before you even if you were there first!!! Meds were called in for me 4 hours ago they still aren't ready.... I do not recommend this place! They are rude and short with you like it's a bother to them.. the place sucks in general but that drive through is awful and they need to take that woman off of it! She doe not know how keep pace or multi task. If you try calling them you get put on hold for forever if they even bother to answer at all. When you are sick and not feeling good this is the last thing you wanna deal with. Tonight the lady basically said she will get to it when she can....... I can understand being busy and I can get a bad day but this is every time you go!!! The store staff is very nice but pharmacy staff leaves very little to be desired. Another thing they will look right at you not acknowledge you or anything while they walk right by you to do something else....Update. They lied and told me a medication for my son wasn’t covered, when In fact it just needed a prior authorization. They did not notify my dr or me, just sent a text it’s ready with a fee. When I asked why suddenly it’s not I was given “idk it’s just not” way too many high school kids with an attitude. They are the biggest bunch of miserable people . Never friendly, just blah! Front store staff is good!

One day I was in there and they had to shut down the pharmacy because they were out of bottled water. I don't know why just one of the girls couldn't have gone and got it not everyone? It is very hard to reach them on the phone. It just rings. This happens alot. They are very slow at filling scripts compared to the staff that used to work there. This pharmacy has really gone downhill.

Best place to shop in the area. Seasonal is great. They have special Conneaut Lake shirts and sweatshirts. One stop shopping! And the staff is amazing!! They are so nice and helpful. Easy to get in and out and close to other small local shops and walking distance from the south lake shore.

The staff seems nice however they do not answer the phones! I called probably 20 times in 48 hours during business hours to try to refill a prescription for my son. They did not answer once. I had to go in person to refill it. It would have been much easier to do over the phone & pick up through drive through with a toddler.

They finally got a pharmacy staff that do their job and are happy to fill your prescriptions. You no longer have to wait for days to pick up your medications, only minutes when their not busy

When they tell you on the phone to just come in for a Covid booster,DON’T BELIEVE IT! I drove 25 minutes to be told that I have to go online to make an appointment but they have no Wi-Fi to use for that. Clerk was unapologetic and bordering on surly for the misinformation they had given me just 18 hours earlier.

This Rite Aid is the worst and I will never ever return!!! I'm calling Corporate too! I thought I made my husband an appointment for his covid booster but, I guess it never went through and i had no confirmation for Rite Aid. There were a total of 2 people in the store at that time and they would not give him his booster shot and told him to come back at 2 and he couldn't get in because there were 100 people waiting for vaccine so, he left. Waited about 1/2 hour for prescription. I wanted to thank the staff for coming to work! Employees were very pleasant and efficient.

Convenient location for me. Staff is friendly. The pharmacy gets behind. They need to hire more help. Good sales.
