So I just started DoorDash here in Meadville and happened to come over here with my E-Bike and the lady allowed me to take my bike inside to charge while I sat at a table and gave me a coffee! Really sweet and wanna say thank you to all staff here!

3:30pm, cashier “Chris” extremely rude to myself and my family. We are from out of town and my non-verbal disabled son was treated with such disrespect and disregard. Horrendous customer service, snarky remarks, miserable demeanor even AFTER I continued to be kind and courteous to him. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I'm done ordering from here. The last 3 times I've ordered milkshakes, it was at least a half hour wait while countless others came in, ordered food, got it and left and by the time I finally got my milkshakes they were soup. The last 2 times I ordered hot drinks for pick up in store it was such a long wait that they were barely warm when they were finally served to me over half an hour after paying for them. It's basic customer service to not serve a food item if it's subpar and instead remake it before giving it to the customer. It would not be hard at all to remake a milkshake instead of serving it melted.

I like Sheetz and I appreciate that they have some vegetarian options. There could be more though. I appreciate that the bathrooms are open to the public and are usually clean.
However, they get my order wrong a lot. At all the locations. It's happened a few times here but they always make it right.

They use to have a touch less car wash. They replaced it with one that the brushes that scratch your paint all up. I knew I should have not gone through it when I noticed the change. My paint now looks horrible in direct sunlight.

The food is always good and consistent for food in this price range. I would have rated higher except the restrooms were a mess and awful.

I stopped in to buy a 12 inch hot steak hoagie. When I went to eat it, the bread was extremely hard. It was as if the bread was over microwaved. Not sure if that was the case or if the bread was just plain stale. I was extremely disappointed. We have purchased steak hoagies there many times in the past and was never as disappointed as we were on Thursday. Marie

I always receive good food from here and rarely have any mistakes made with my food. Never once made me feel sick. I appreciate the public restrooms. The prices for the food are a bit higher here than other locations I've noticed.. The store and parking could be bigger. Gas prices could be lower. I appreciate that they pay their employee's a decent wage compared to other places. Great place to eat!

I came to visit when there was the big power outage. I didn't order over the MTO but I saw how busy they were and how fast they got the orders out. They were all patient and calm. I visit here frequently and tonight I saw the best in the employees.
