The service wifi wise is good and I have had no problems on that end however, the customer service team or whatever sucks. I hate to be brutally honest but I’ve been having payment issues for a while. The website isn’t user friendly especially on mobile devices and no one answers the phone. It’s just a dumb automated message that repeats very limited options. I’m tired of the robot workers for these companies that can’t do their job. I can’t make a payment unless it’s a scheduled payment. I can’t pay a pass scheduled payment that I missed because I didn’t have the funds on my card however I had the exact amount on my account. And I keep trying to manually pay it but it doesn’t work. The text message payment doesn’t work. And the robot over the phone can’t comprehend the account number that I put in. I’m tired of it I need help.

Internet goes out EVERYDAY around 9:30am to 9:50am.I heard it's some sort of data dump. Why not do it around 3am, when MAJORITY of people are sleeping. Not when people have appointments, and/or other telehealth services.

Went to live streaming service and constant loading issues while paying more money for service not at all happy , trying to get through to customer service is constantly busy, I'm sure there would be a problem if I said sorry for the half payment to the bill since I didn't receive proper cable service!

Service is wonderful both over the phone and in person. My Wi fi does cut out a number of times over the month but doesn’t last long. I find all cable companies to charge more than I think they are worth. However I’m glad I’m in an area with Armstrong and not Comcast.

I love Armstrong, I have never had a problem with them and they are always there when you need them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are really helpful to the community also.

The signage for this business is poor even when following Maps. I had to ask a local resident where the entrance was. The employee who assisted me in returning equipment and paying my bill was great.

I love Armstrong we just have internet now with all the TV's going WiFi you don't need cable so my bill is $49 and the other week it all at one everything was going on and off. So I called them and couldn't figure it out so they sent someone out and had to have a new box and he pulled all the old wires out that we was not using. Now we have better service

Trying to help my mom out after my dad passed away because she has slight dementia and Armstrong wouldn’t allow me to start direct withdraw from the bank account because I didn’t have the PIN number to access the account and my mom didn’t know the code either.. So I told them they won’t get paid and come shut it off.. Very poor service when your trying to help someone that’s been through too much lately..

Pay a lot of money for cable goes out alot comes up saying I not connected or missing what I am watching because it's saying loading video I think they can do better for what you are paying .

I’ve been a long time customer and until recently have been happy with my service but I “upgraded” to the new exp stream and cannot get half of my recordings. I call in and am told “it’s a known issue for a few weeks now”!!!! Really?!?! No warning prior to changing systems? Now when I call I’m told we’re working with the streaming service to correct the issue….that’s it. We’re working on it. Not even an offer to reduce my bill! So much for customer loyalty. That used to mean something.

Just got internet service through them.man showed up earlier than expected got us hooked up and was gone in under an hour.
