“This place is the absolute best around! I had a bad experience at another tire shop and needed these guys to look at some rough and unbalanced recaps I got. The young guys in the shop are SO helpful and kind, with great suggestions and concern for my safety considering what I came in with. Brian, who I’m assuming is an owner or manager, was extremely wonderful and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed, no questions or doubts about the situation I was in, and took my budget and time into consideration. They were hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any tire shop/garage I’ve ever been to. Will ALWAYS support this business”

“I went to schmitz tire a week ago for some work on 2 different vehicles.... I must say that all the staff there are very nice people and they are very knowledgeable about vehicles and how to fix them.... they take really good care of your vehicles.... they are very efficient in the work that they do.... and if they have any concerns on any extra work that needs while they are under your vehicle they call you and see if you want to get those things done as well...... the workers at schmitz tire are focused on the safety of vehicles like I said they are very efficient and thorough to ensure that everything is fixed and safe....... and they also have fair pricing.... all around I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs they do great work....”
“I’ve always been nervous going to a car garage being a woman who doesn’t really know much about cars that I’m going to get unnecessarily quoted for stuff or over charged and I have been before. “Returned a set of rotors i ended up not needing for a repair. Didn't have the receipt with me but they were able to look it up in the system with my phone number. Showed i d and got it back on my debit card. It's been 24 hours and it's still not showing in there but it is pending with my bank. That'd be my only complaint but that's how alot of places do it. I may have been able to get cash if if had asked. I'm not sure. Took 1 star cause this is the 3rd time I've gotten something and all they have is the most expensive and 2nd most expensive sets on hand. They always seem to have to order the value or basic cause I'm sure most people are like myself and need it right then. They can't wait a day to get it sent to the store from the warehouse. I know that now though and from now on if I don't need premium I'll just order it online and have it delivered right to my place.”
