Jason, our maintence man is professional, prompt, knowledgeable and considerate. He always takes time to explain what he is doing and why which is so helpful to an elderly person who is nervous and uncertain. His personality is kind and friendly. I am very glad that we can rely on him.

I've been told that they are not moving anyone in for another month or two possibly, the manager has been out over a month now already. So instead of bringing someone over from another facility and split their time between facilities the powers that be feel making potential residents who are waiting, and or have been waiting for a home, they can just wait another 3-4 more months. This isn't right. My loved one is literally homeless due to no fault of their own and when he applied he was told they have several vacancies and a couple more coming up and it shouldn't be longer than a month. It's now been 2 months and from what I learned yesterday probably another 2 months. He's elderly and is giving up on life with every passing day. But hey let's just stop everything and make these folks sit it out... Maybe if you wait longer your waiting list will decrease from the poor people dying while waiting to get into a home. Ridiculous.

As a resident of the towers common areas are kept neat and clean. If a maintance problem arises within my apartment it is fixed in a timely fashion. Staff is friendly and helpful

I work in the Towers taking care of clients,, its always clean and when she needs something its done in a mannerly fashion!!! The staff of the towers is always so kind and friendly and makes me feel welcome even at the events my client and I attend!!!
