Basically you're saying McDonald's experience with the exception the staff was really nice. The the two car lane fast order system was kind of slow. Easy in easy out though.

Horrible drive thru attitude, yelling at us to hold on. Gave half full drinks and when asked to fill them up they said " Sure " shut the window and the opened it back up and gave us the SAME drinks. I hate complaining, and I hardly ever do because I know how it is. If I had to chose dining there again or driving another 20 minutes, I'm taking the drive.

My fiance and I came here for breakfast 3-13-24Usually I go to the one in Mt. Pleasant to eat but we wee in the area and decided to try this one out.I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce, and a m griddle, and my fiance got 2 mcmuffins.Not only did the staff actually put extra sauce on my steak bagel, but the muffins were perfect and not burned. The wait time was super low, and all of our food was hot and fresh.

20 minute wait time at the drive thru. No apologies or customer service skills. I was polite and friendly with them they couldn't even muster a smile or response. Pathetic service.

I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:15 on the mobile app. I didn’t reach my destination until 10:45 due to traffic, I’m guessing an accident. I was at a stand still for 30 minutes. But I get there and read my code to the woman at the speaker and she tells me to come on through, I get to the window and she said “sorry we can’t make your food” I was like umm.. it should of been made? She said it’s pass 10:30 we can’t cook breakfast. I literally ordered this at 10:15 and was late which was not my fault. I asked for refund and she said you need to request it on the app. I get on the app and the app tells me to contact the restaurant I ordered from and get my refund… I’m annoyed and just frustrated at this point. I keep calling the store and no answer.

I’d give it a zero if I could they don’t even deserve the one star. Extremely lazy people NEVER have a thing just there basically to serve you some cold fries once in awhile im surprised they even have that.

The guy manager is very disrespectful towards the employees especially if they have a doctor's excuse. I witnessed this myself this morning as he told a young lady that he will no longer accept a doctor's excuse. Made a call to corporate office already. And you wonder why people don't want to work. Having a boss like this makes people leave a job like this. Unprofessional and and uncalled for. I hope he gets fired for his actions.

The workers are all rude, the food is always cold or old, pies are never pre made and ready. And they haven’t had frappes’ in months. Worst McDonald’s around hands down.
