The staff - Nick and Isis were outstanding! I had an unusual problem and they resolved it perfectly! They were professional and very capable - I will come back to this store for phone help in the future for sure!

I'd give zero stars if I could. We upgraded a device at this location 3 months ago and still having issues. Our entire plan was changed causing overage charges, loss of free hbo max and a few other miscellaneous issues. I've tried multiple times to straighten it out. The store just says call customer service which I have 5 times. Things still aren't correct. It was a simple device upgrade and nothing else should have been touched. Go elsewhere for upgrades because they'll botch it up and then not help fix it.

I had been searching for the new iPhone 14 Pro Max for an entire day however, every place was out of stock. I was a T-Mobile user and my family was looking to switch to AT&T. I gave another shot at trying to find it and called the store, Alyssa answered and was MORE than helpful. I had explained to her that I was not an AT&T user and she said it was no problem to get me switched over. She had also offered to look in the area to see if another store had iPhone 14 Pro Max's and give me a callback. Not even 2 minutes later she said she had a couple in store and held one for me. When I went there she was so helpful, as well as Ron. They made the process so much fun and quick as well. Thank you guys so much!!!

I was overdue for an upgrade so I compared staying with Verizon vs. switching to AT&T. From the time I first visited to get an estimate to coming back 3 or 4 more times (I changed my mind on the new phone ??♀️), Alyssa was fantastic - super helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. Another gentleman (I think his name is Ron..?) was also great. Highly recommend this location & Alyssa is the best & deserves a raise!

Alyssa is absolutely amazing! We have had some very weird issues and situations and she has had the answer or gone out of her way to get an answer. AT&T should really make sure they are paying her top dollar before another wireless company finds out about her. Absolutely pleasant and helpful every time I talk to her.

The manager, Alyssa, is sooooo terrific at her job! I had a super positive experience getting my new iphone. Alyssa was so pleasant and found me the phone I wanted. I even had to return the next day because I was having blue tooth issues with my headphones and car. Alyssa fixed the headphones and climbed in my car to help with that as well. I don't usually write reviews, but I was just so impressed with her.

I have no phone service due to an invalid SIM card, so stopped at the Norristown PA store for what I thought would be a quick purchase. I arrived at 3:45 pm and saw a hand-written sign on the door "on break. Be back in 45 minutes". I waited the full 45 minutes and was going to wait a bit longer, but another patron drove up and said they were closed for more than 45 minutes. She had tried earlier and then returned after some time. The store hours were modified from 10-8 to 11 am to 7 pm. There are at least 8 fast food places within 5 min drive from the store, so an employee should not require that long of a break. The customer volume isn't that high, so the entire shift is basically a long break.

Too busy, maybe I caught them at a bad time (wed @ 1030am) . Waited 15 min and same customer was still being helped with 2 more ahead of me also. Not sure if they're understaffed or were just unusually busy at that time. I will try again another day.

AT&T store in Conshocken is the best! People who work there are extremely helpful and know their phone's. I went there today to have my sim card replaced. The young lady that helped me went out of her way to make sure my phone worked property. They were busy but she took the time to make sure my phone was in working order before I left. Every time I go they answer any questions I have and show me the best prices on phones I like. The store is fully equipped with everything you need. And the run specials on phones and items you need. They have room for you to sit and they take cash or credit cards. They carry nice cases for your phone and different type of chargers and Bluetooth. This is my favorite store.

Alysa (please forgive me if i misspelled) was so polite and helpful. This is the first positive experience i've had in an AT&T store in about 5 years. I will return to this store rather than a location closer to my home.
