“Very easy check in. I rent from U-Haul intermittently and always look at this location first because it's efficient. You just need to order your vehicle in advance since it's also a mechanics garage so they don't have a parking lot filled with trucks like the larger U-Haul offices.”

“I have to give kudos to the staff at 48th and Chestnut street specifically Musa, Mahmoud, and Earl. There was a mess up with Uhaul trucking department not notifying me about the changed location of my pickup. The staff were very kind and tried their best to try to get me a truck for my move. I ended up having to pick it up at another location but kindness and information help make a chaotic situation less frustrating. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and the way Musa was able to help rectify it all. Thank you so much Uhaul 48th street!”

“We just left from getting propane tanks filled at this location. The gentleman there was amazing! (Unfortunately my husband didn’t get his name. He was approx 5’8”, blk curly hair). He came right over to the vehicle to inquire what we needed help with, and assisted us. I know, he was just doing his job, yet, in this day and age, getting great customer service doesn’t always happen so I want to acknowledge a great worker and location when it does, so thank you to the kind and helpful worker and to company for having a great employee on site!”
