“I’ve been to a lot of building supply warehouses, and J&L’s Norristown location has been the best experience I’ve had so far. Their customer service, professionalism, and overall efficiency were top-notch.
From the office to the yard, everything ran smoothly. Kevin in the office was very kind, helpful, and efficient, and Raymond in the warehouse/yard was just as friendly and quick with getting materials together. It’s rare to find a team that makes the whole process feel this easy and well organized.
I’ve been to J&L’s corporate location before, and honestly, the experience there wasn’t nearly as good as what I had in Norristown. The Norristown location really stands out and shows how a building supply warehouse should be run.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a smooth pickup experience. Big thanks to the whole team.”

“We are happy with Galantino. This place is always so busy. I like to get there early in the morning to beat the rush and a long wait line. Anthony Sr. & Jr. have helped us and our contractor. The other staff are also friendly, polite, knowledgeable and always helpful. They have a wonderful array of samples of beautifully laid brick/stone walls and pavers in their gallery. Anthony came out with us to give us some guidance and recommendations on what to order and what else it would go with. Any time we have needed materials for our project, even with a last-minute phone call, they are willing to try to accommodate us to help take of our needs. The driver will even give you a call half hour before delivery so that you know exactly when the materials will arrive at your property. Will continue to use their services again and definitely would recommend them.”

“Great Rental Service. I rented two machines from Diamond Tool- A 60 foot boom lift then later a 32 ft scissor lift. Both machines worked great and got the job done safely and efficiently. No hidden fees and the sales staff are very friendly and reasonable. Pick Diamond Tool over the other big chain rental companies! I worked with Rob and the salesman CJ and they were great!”
