One star for never receiving my order, not necessarily this location, but for Burger King support. I had surgery yesterday and was advised not to drive so I ordered delivery. I was suspicious when I received a text that said zurabi will leave the order in a safe location. I’ve ordered from food apps before and never received that notification, it was a little odd. Next thing I know the order says “delivered”. It’s not at my front door or the entrance to my building. I went to the front office… nothing. I try calling the number for “zurabi”, but the person answered and all I heard was static. I contact a Burger King support who basically told me I was a liar because the delivery has been marked delivered and to go look around for it. Horrible customer service. They still haven’t refunded my money. Think twice before ordering delivery.

The crew members apparently do not receive any customer service training for the phones. I order via DoorDash I’m literally 3 minutes from BK. The dasher is here in no time, but my food taste like it’s been sitting under the warmer all day.I was left on hold for more than 5 minutes the young girl never came back to phone and didn’t allow me to lose my question before saying hold on.Please do better!

Here we go again. I went to Burger King to buy two triple Whoppers with cheese one with no tomato and one with tomato. The young lady at the drive-thru was really nice , the cashier was also nice the young man. The ones makingthe sandwiches? I got a bad vibe from them because they were acting like goofballs because when I went in and politely told the cashier that they got my order wrong? The two sandwich makers mocked my words,laughed at me and just stood there just staring at me. Tbe cashier told them to put 2 patties each on the burgers and charged me for them. I trusted that they got it right since I payed for it. Dumb mistake because I just got home to look at them and there were two patties on Each. So I payed for 2 triple Whoppers with cheese but only got 2 double Whoppers with cheese. They need to drug test the 2 guys making the sandwiches because they were just goofing off laughing at nothing and now I'm out money. I'm hoping that they didn't do anything to my kids food. Corporate can you please give me my money back for tbe patties?

Took well over a half an hour in the drive through to receive my simple order. I understand staffing issues but it was absolutely ridiculous how long it took and then when I got my food they switched out my chicken nuggets for chicken fries without saying anything to me. So I waited a long time for something my kid didn't even want to eat.

The line was to long and the man in the window had a child in the window with him and was a total retard and got my order completely wrong I hope he gets fired and never gets hired at another restaurant.

I don't think I have ever seen such a crazy kitchen crew. We walled it and were worried that the staff was going to start fighting. The manager was the worst yelling at everyone. If you weren't there the second she called your order, then you would get yelled at. The food was good just a crazy place because of the manager.

So I took a first trip i to this BK to grab a wrap and frozen drink and the location, cleanliness, speed and efficiency are all very good- but I wanted to highlight an employee that appears to be making this locations business shine so I felt compelled to write a review. Paul who was working the drive thru and then came over to assist with the lines that built up at the front counter is exceptional!!! He is on top of it all- repeats orders back, confirming everything as you go, we watched him troubleshoot a woman and her PAIN IN THE ASS issues with a smile on his face and didn't skip a beat!!! This man needs to be promoted up if he isn't already the management here. There was also a woman who was managing the team o. The prep line- she was banging things out with efficiency as well- just needs to be a tad bit quieter with all the guests at the front- a little abrasive.
