The communication prior to was excellent. They came exactly when expected, and were amazing at not only the install but moving the furniture! The carpet and experience were both exceptional!
This is the second time we have worked with Norman and have been extremely happy with the quality of the product(we have done both wood flooring and carpet stair runner) and installation. We would highly recommend them and would certainly work with them again. “What a pleasure it was visiting Bond Products in Philadelphia yesterday. I purchased an older table binder and took it down for service. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Scott Heilman knew my machine like the back of his hand. He set the timing, showed me the problem areas, polished the holes where it needed it, and oiled it up.
In this time in our lives where things are built to be used and thrown away it's so nice to deal with a family owned business that appreciates the older machines. When I left there my machine was "purring like a kitten", Scott also gave me some binding tricks for corners etc.
If you are considering buying a Bond machine or need supplies, don't hesitate, businesses like this are hard to find and now that I know they are only two hours away, I will visit again. Hope this review was helpful, and thank you to the staff at Bond Products.”
