I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new electrified GV 70 at this Genesis dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with exceptional customer service and a knowledgeable sales team.
The dealership's showroom was clean, well-organized, and showcased the Genesis lineup beautifully. My sales representative Bradley, was incredibly helpful and patient. They took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and guided me through the entire purchasing process with ease.
The dealership's financing options were competitive, and their team worked diligently to secure the best possible deal for me. The paperwork was streamlined and efficient, and I was in and out of the dealership in no time.
The electrified GV 70 itself is a dream to drive. The performance, technology, and luxury features are top-notch. I'm thrilled to be behind the wheel of such an impressive vehicle.

I'm very happy with my experience leasing a car through Genesis of Conshohocken and am totally in love with my GV-60. I cannot say enough good things about Bill and Brad, who were extremely responsive throughout the car leasing process. They were not pushy or aggressive, compared to car dealerships literally down the street. Highly highly recommend!

The first time I visited this dealer I did not have an appointment. I just popped in and asked to test drive a GV80. It took about 30 min to get a car to drive but I figured it was no big deal because I did not have an appointment. The car still had all the wrappings on it. Plastic on the back windows and packing materials on the seats. It was not the "full" experience of the vehicle that one would expect from a luxury brand (but again, no appointment, right?).
After driving a few other luxury brands I figured I would give Genesis another shot and made an appointment to test drive the GV80 again. This time I brought my wife and three kids and was ready to make a deal if the family liked the vehicle. After arriving they were completely disorganized. It seemed like they didn't even know I made an appointment but pretended like they did. I waited 40 minutes in the dingy service center waiting area and the sales representative told me that the car I wanted to drive has a battery issue and won't start. How does a brand new car have such an issue? They said they would go get another just like it if I waited a few minutes longer. After 20 more minutes my family was getting restless and no one was around so we just left.
This is NOT a luxury car buying experience. This place should be embarrased to call themselves such. Go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

Do not buy here!
Terrible experience accross the board but service is the worst. Genesis may be a luxury brand but the dealer is not. If you are use to Mercedes or Land Rover you will be very frustrated. Any service appointments are months out. One of the selling points was the concierge service. They only have one person Tuesday to Thursday. (Currently no one because they are out of the country). Difficult to get a loaner car and don’t allow them Fridays. It is June 13th earliest appointment is late August.
I have had multiple problems with my 2025 GV80 already and I’ll be updating my sales experience shortly but just felt I needed to warn everyone

Service department is horrible. Tried to schedule inspection for June. First available appt is July 25th almost a month after inspection expires. When I asked what I should do for the June inspection they told me to find another dealer.

This is not a luxury car dealership or experience by any measure. No loaner vehicles after 2 years, absolutely ridiculous wait times to get warranty service. I owned 7 different car brands, luxury and not, and the service with all of them was so far better than this.

We had a challenging experience at a different dealership. We called ahead and spoke with Nate Jenkins. He promised to give us exactly what we were looking for and do it quickly. At the other dealership we were stuck waiting for answers for over 10 hours. Nate had the vehicle waiting for us upon arrival, got us financing, and insurance all in under 85 mins. I would totally recommend working with him.

Had a not so great experience here about a month ago…called and told them and Evan Marceau went above and beyond to make sure we had a great second experience and with the help of Aaron Wilkerson…we purchased our first Genesis.

After leaving a not so nice message to Genesis… A couple of days later, Evan (manager) called me and said if I came in he would make sure that I walked away with the car of my dreams……. And boom!!!!! Just like that I am walking away with my 2024 Genesis …… Nick was the best sells person!!!!
