I lease my cars all the time and I leased a 2024 Honda HRV and they promised me that they were going to give me all weather car mats and that they wouldn't take out a car payment until the next month, well I never received car mats and they took my payment that same month ... I called 4 times and spoke to the sales person Darnel and he kept promising me that the car mats are back ordered and they will be at my house the next week Tuesday at the latest well they never came and I also kept leaving voicemails to Larry for him to please call me and no call backs !... they tell you stuff and promise you things and it never happens!

Andrew helped us with the purchase of our new Honda Odyssey. He was AMAZING!!! Kept us informed, always available to answer questions and concerns. When we got the car he spent a good amount of time sitting in it with us explaining every function -- so helpful. We will be back to purchase our next car from Conicelli

Wow! Hundreds of 5-star review aren't wrong, and I'm thrilled to add another one! Conicelli Honda is not the closest Honda dealer to me, but it was 100% worth taking my car here for service. I'll be going back for anything my car needs. This was my first trip to Conicelli and every part of the process was seamless. Check in was quick and my service advisor, Anthony Flock, took notes on the issues I was having and informed me of what the techs were going to test on my car to diagnose the issue. The shuttle to work left right on time and the driver was very kind. My car was fixed quickly - thank you Paul for taking care of the repair! - and I was picked up from work promptly to retrieve my car. This was hands down the easiest car repair experience I've ever had, from making the appointment to picking up my car, and I am so gratefull to the wonderful staff at Conicelli Honda Service for taking care of my car!

My uncle said that I might get a better deal at Conicelli Honda, and I didI got just what I wantedA Honda Civic 2013 with auto everything, and some perks also. I was worried about payment, they helped me get my monthly payments to where I won't be struggling to pay them. Yes!!! I am excited and happy, I will refer anyone to Conicelli they really work with you

I bought my new civic at Conicelli Honda. Maurice was really nice to work with and took care of me the entire way. It was a very relaxed sales atmosphere and I genuinely feel that I got the best deal and a really nice car. I would return there again!

4 words: Ask for Chris Solarz.Chris primarily works at Conicelli Toyota but crossed over to help me at Conicelli Honda. He was incredibly helpful through the entire searching and buying process. This was my first car I bought on my own, and I just really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had to wait 2 months for the car to come in, and my anxiety was at an all time high as the weeks went on and the target delivery date approached. But Chris kept me informed the entire way and eased all my concerns. He was an extremely personable too - had a big smile and a nice handshake every time I came in. During the selection phase, he really stuck with me. He helped me make a confident decision between the 2 cars I was looking at - Rav4 and CRV. He was honest with me about to what extent the differences between the 2 cars would impact the driving experience. I felt like he truly cared about making experience memorable and wanted me to not only be happy with the car now, but really wanted to make sure I would still be happy with the car 10 years from now. He was always transparent with me about prices and pointed out when I was in danger of going over budget. He did everything he could to get me the best deal and I will be forever grateful for that. I didn't feel rushed or like he was trying to upsell me on anything like that. Not being heard, being talked out of what I wanted and being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about, were 3 of my worst fears when thinking about the car buying process. Working with Chris immediately eliminated all those fears and he delivered on a car that was everything I wanted and more. He also went above and beyond and really payed attention to the small details, just as much as the big ones - he stuck with me while I signed the paperwork, he found a bow to put on the car for me so that I was surprised when I got to the dealership, he saw I was a little overwhelmed by all the technology the car had (I was coming from an 2009) so he sat in the front seat and walked me though all of it - from remote start to the lines on backup camera, from setting up CarPlay and HondaLink to how to customize the lights and safety features. Even after I signed all the paper work and his job was done, he walked me down to parts & service and stayed with me while I talked to them. I mean, I just was not expecting someone to put that much effort in, but it just made the whole process that much better, and I am forever grateful for him. One last note - I also really appreciated that he didn't use unreasonable or far-fetched examples to scare me into buying a warranty - like he never used the "if a meteor crashes into earth, your car's protected under this plan". He used regular everyday examples - you cut a curb too close, you leave your key in a hotel room, the paint gets scratched when you're scraping snow off the car. He just kept it real 100% of the time. Chris, thank you so much; I really appreciate everything you did - you went above and beyond. I'm so happy with everything and I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone to you and to Conecelli. Also shout out to Honda finance manager, Chris, for a smooth financing and paperwork process. This was my first time financing anything and it's a big purchase, so I had a lot of questions, and some asked twice. He answerer every one of my questions with kindness and respectfulness. He was transparent the whole time, and made sure I knew what I was signing.

Five stars all around! If you have any service needs for your Honda, then taking it to Conicelli is the best option. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online, and receive timely text messages confirming and reminding me of my appointment.Service was excellent - from being immediately greeted at the car drop off, to the polite service I received at the check-in counter, and to the wonderful service provided roundtrip by the courtesy shuttle! It was easy to sign up for the shuttle and my driver, Dean, was so nice, polite, and a safe driver! I highly recommend him!Everything was quick too - my car was in the shop and reviewed within 30 minutes so there was no long wait times. I will always bring my car here for any future service needs!

The service here was great, I was going here for years, but I think being told it's a three week wait to get an oil change is unacceptable, particularly when you add in I called about a pressing safety concern (seat belt), I also didn't like they literally took down all my info before telling me that. I guess for a state inspection three weeks is fine but most of us who call for service have pressing issues. Im driving ten minutes further to have my car serviced at the end of the week by another Honda dealer instead. A shame.

A huge shout out to Joe Saxon and Tim Rafferty and their team for their professional, compassionate, and 'beyond the norm service' when our Honda Pilot was stranded overnight at KOP. Our car was night dropped on Sunday, and they worked through Monday to replace our alternator and battery so we could make an important. family appointment in Lewisburg, Pa on Tuesday. We were out of town strangers and they treated us like family! We'll remember you all when we shop this summer for our sixth Honda! Thanks and happy summer!Services: Auto battery replacement

Always provide fabulous service. If a problem is identified, they give detailed information and fair advice. I never feel pressured or over quoted. They typically offer budget options too

Thanks Ivana! She was the reason I bought my car here. After 10 dealership visits, she was one of the first salespeople that treated me like a customer, not as a potential sale. She made everything easy, making recommendations, but not pushing me at any point. She made it easy for me to buy, while not making me feel that she was selling me on something. With such a big purchase I asked her to run numbers a dozen different ways so i could compare payments and she always seemed happy to do it. I have felt like i'm an inconvenience at other places when i've done this, but she was awesome. I felt even more confident that i made the right decision driving home and am shocked at other dealerships sales people and how they can be pushy. I would buy from Ivana again and would recommend someone to speak to her if they are going to possibly buy here. Thanks Ivana!

If you have a Honda, this is THE service center to take it to. Steve Smith at the service desk has been terrific and extremely responsive in helping me solve a problem that Piazza Honda of Philly caused (and couldn't solve) with my starter. Even though this Honda Service Center is further away from me than three others, I still go out of my way to go here because I know I will get great service. And they're fast! Every time I bring my car in, I'm out at least an hour earlier than I expected. Cannot recommend enough!
