Very professional, no bs at all, to the point, great pricing and offer up front, no back and forth or haggling. I found a 2024 left over in show room, 13 miles on it, came with a 3 / 36 bumper to bumper, 5 / 60 power train, then added at 10 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper. Very happy with this dealership. Special shout out to Rick, Arman, (sales)

I was so excited when I got the call that I was approved for my traverse in the middle of chapter 7 bankruptcy, they were all really nice, however not even a few days after having my traverse the trans started slipping, i brought it in and was told they could find nothing wrong, yet here we are a month later and it still slips, I started to hear a knock so I took it to a mechanic and had it put on a lift to find out it needs front outer and inner tie rods and I am beyond heartbroken and disgusted!!! If they actually did something I would change my review but so far my email has gone unadressed

Had to come back and edit my review. Unfortunately after 4 rear differentials replaced, multiple other issues with my car and clearly cannot get the fix right and have not offered any type of resolve. Don’t waste your time with here with this dealership or with genesis in general. Good looking car made of bad quality.

I just purchased a vehicle from the Conicelli Autoplex, and I couldn't be happier! My salesperson, Evan Marceau, greeted me warmly at the door and we jumped right into finding vehicles in the inventory that fit my desired criteria. We picked a few cars/SUVs out to look at and quickly found one that checked all of my boxes. Evan was able to answer all of my questions easily and when it came time to make a deal, the entire team was a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend the Conicelli Autoplex to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. This team is filled with good people who are looking to make car buying a pleasant experience.

I've heard great things about conicelli, but my experience wasn't so great. It's been over two weeks I have been trying to purchase a vehicle from them. First I worked with Anastasia she started off good then she promised to call me back and I never heard from her again. I received a call from someone new by the name of Jim and here it is a week later since I talk to him and he informed me of how they are short staffed. Still no response after texting and calling him. This is so unprofessional
