would give 0 stars if I could. Everyone who works at the pharmacy is slow and appears to be stupid. The tall white pharmacist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He will shout about peoples medicine and dosage no matter who can hear. Today I heard him deny an old woman her medicine on her third attempt to get it. He had nothing to offer but to blame the doctor and once she walked away he began to curse and turned to his coworker to say "I'm gonna lose my ____ job today". One can only hope. Hate this place and these people. Get it together.

I would give 0 star if there is a option. They gave me near expired date medicine. I tried to exchange it but got denied. I recommend to check the medicine date before you leave the store. I had also called multiple times and multiple visits to get the medicine. So unpleasant experience. Extremely disappointed.

I shop here on a regular basis. A common misconception is that their prices are higher than others... WRONG! They run exclusive deals, have cash back rewards and other programs to help save money and a large selection of household items, pet supplies, school and/or art supplies, groceries, over the counter medications, lots of party supplies and every holiday decor there is and what's more is that even their CVS brand is great quality stuff. I can't begin to stress how much I recommend this store for more than just prescriptions. 5 stars ???

Will require you to call or show up to even start the process of contacting your insurance to fill the prescription. Two day minimum to fill. One hour for emergency meds. Go literally anywhere else.

When you finally get to talk to Pharmacy staff, they are generally very nice. There is ALWAYS a line for pharmacy and often when i get a text that my script is ready for pick up, i go and it is not ready and i have to go back.I think its under new mgmt in the past year or so, maybe it will get better? So far the only changes i see are: none in pharmacy, cashier staff is generally playing on their phones, and many items are now locked up on the shelves….time for another change?

Worst CVS and that's saying something when they're all pretty bad. They take forever to fill my prescription. I don't get the point of putting the order in online when I always have to call them to actually get my prescriptions filled. It took a week once and I called, same story every single time. They're backed up and will put me to the top of the queue. Then it's magically ready. Why not just fill prescriptions without making people call in to hunt them down??

Nightmare to deal with. Transferring all prescriptions out. Incredibly rude. Husband had so many challenges with scripts and misinformation. Now he is suffering in pain post-surgery and tech hung up on me twice when I requested they please re-fax a transfer to Giant. Do not use CVS if you don't want your loved ones to suffer. I will be contacting corporate as well. Nobody should suffer due to their lack of compassion.

Two workers sat there while we tried to check out the old fashioned way, told us “they aren’t supposed to use the counters, much” what does that mean?Forced us to take $100 worth of stuff off the counter and over to the self checkoutThis was at 8pm on 10/23/23 if anyone from cvs reads these and wants to see who was “working”.

Slow rude and stupid. Takes forever to get a prescription here even if you have the app and the app says it's ready it most likely will n it be ready and they will be so confused why the app said it's ready.

Whoever is in charge of ordering greeting cards should be fired. Most of the aisle is empty and staff were indifferent. Suggest going literally anywhere else.
