I would not recommend this Fastsigns. I found Ernie to be rude and obnoxious. Asst Manager Jacklyn was great. The problem for me was I hade to go through Ernie first. I was told I couldn’t speak to Jacklyn and the best way to communicate is through email. After two email attempts I’m still waiting for a response. My advice, go somewhere else.

Great communication and easy to work with. They were very helpful rebuilding the sign I needed, they had the signs made and sent out in a timely manner. I would use them again in the future.

Owner Ernie was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Please don’t even waste your time coming to this shop. I should read reviews before I stepped in. Seems like I’m not the one who felt insulted. AVIOD!!!

Owner’s Shockingly Rude!!! Easily why they’re lowest rated FS franchise in area. Called for pricing & was given a runaround & interrogation in an attempt at an up sell. Didn’t get pricing!!
Called the Narbeth & Mongomerville locations & was given pricing with no hassle on all My items in under 2mins!!

Attempted to give them a 2nd chance(earn a better review), nope!! Ernie needs to get off the phone(unprofessional & he don’t want business). Needs to learn people skills lessons from the ladies answering phones at other locations.
I actually payed a little more at other FS locations that are further from Me not to deal with this location/guy!!

I am so grateful for the high quality and quick service Ernie provided. I was in a bind after being told by another printer that my job could not be completed in a timely manner. Ernie assured me he and his team could get it done, and turned around a 20 item job in 24 hours! Ernie was extremely friendly and accommodating. I plan to use this location for all of my future printing needs. Thank you!

Extremely rude and unprofessional business owner. Treated me like my job was too small and he was doing me a favor. Staff seemed very friendly and I’m not sure how they work with this miserable human being. Wouldn’t use this company again.
