Giant Pharmacy offers a variety of products but has faced some inventory issues, such as missing popular items like Mandrin teriyaki sauce and canned black beans. Prices at the hot and cold food bar are competitive compared to other supermarkets. While some customers have expressed concerns about cashier service, the staff is generally described as helpful and supportive, especially in the pharmacy section. Overall, Giant Pharmacy provides a decent shopping experience with room for improvement in certain areas.
