I recently took the warm bamboo massage class here and loved it!! The location is great and easy to get to. There's ample parking directly next to the building. Amanda was very sweet and the extra bonus of Norris 🥰🐾 . Also Bradford Nicarry was the instructor and was so much fun to learn with!! My new favorite spot for CE courses and new favorite teacher!!!!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable instructors for their Ceu classes . Massage supplies, aromatherapy oils and self care tools.
Plenty of parking. Amanda, Desmond and Brad are amazing people. Acupuncture and stretch sessions are available as well. Check them out and thank me later.

Excellent Athletic Trainer Brad Martin expert at Assited Stretching. Been a client for over a year going weekly. Really improved my range of motion and relaxes tight muscles from head to toe. He also does individual training for stretching and strength. My wife is a client also. His employers Amanda and Desmond sell equipment and products also. The assisted Stretching is the real draw that keeps us coming back. Amanda's fee structure for stretching and training could be streamlined. Brad's expertise at stretching and training is still an excellent value.

Amazing staff and Docs. The accupuncture, cupping and stretch services resolved my back issues and tightness in my shoulders. It's incredibly convenient having all of these services in one spot. Thank you for getting me healthy.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered a massage table from them Tuesday, $599.99, I receive an email Thursday saying sorry we cancelled your order the table is out of stock. Wait what in todays time a website allowing me to order something that is not in stock. OK no issues. Then I check their site Friday and the table is in stock and the price jumped to 899.99. Pretty Shitty Desmond, Pretty Shitty business person. I get it if the price changed, just let your customer know, but this is not the customers issue just because you cannot keep your database updated for your website. What would have happened if I came in the shop and bought it? would you have chased me down to get the table back? Terrible service.
