Hertz Dishonest, Predatory, and lacking integrity Avoid at All Costs
I rented a car from Hertz that got a small surface scratch while parked. When I returned it, their employee told me not to bother with insurance because the repair would cost less than my deductible. Weeks later, I get a call from Elias Martinez from hertz my first notice — because Hertz sent all prior communications to the wrong email.
When I finally saw the “bill,” it was over $1,800 for a scratch, padded with inflated part prices unnecessary replacements and multiple discrepancies in price. Hertz refused to give me the real repair shop invoice, only their own self-generated “receipts.”
When I tried to escalate, Elias Martinis refused to let me speak to a manager. He gave me his supervisor’s email, Whitney Christian who never responded. Instead of answering my dispute Hertz sent it to collections a little over a week after my interaction with Elias and my unanswered email from whitney i receiced a call from Shannon Bolden from first financial asset management who was rude unprofessional and as dishonest as hertz.
This is predatory, dishonest, and unethical.

The check-in process was swift and effortless. The establishment was spotless, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rental car was clean and reliable, serving as an ideal substitute, while my own vehicle was being repaired. Even upon returning the vehicle, I was treated with utmost courtesy and respect. I will definitely return to this establishment for future rental needs and highly recommend it to others. In contrast to the negative experiences I've heard about other rental companies, this establishment provides a reassuring and pleasant experience.

I reserved a car on their website, drove all the way here and was that they don’t have anymore cars. This has happened twice now. This location is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. No one seems to want to do any work. There is a lot full of cars, yet they claim to have nothing available. I will never book a rental here again.

Horrible service, the representative was so worried about leaving he was trying to have me not go through with my reservation when I asked him was he going thru his own merchant for approval code or should I contact my bank… would never rent here again, employee refused to give me his name. So I’ll be reporting him and his manager to corporate also filed a police report that’s how bad it was.

I booked a small car, and they gave me a large SUV and charged me for it! They told me no small car was available, even if it was listed on the website. Not my problem. That already happened to me in another Hertz; they upgraded it and didn't charge me. BWT, the car wasn't clean.

Booked a regular car and got an electric car without instructions. This was a pain as the area that I travel to has no charging station or you have to drives miles to find one. Hertz should be more knowledgeable when customers are picking up their vehicles.

Unprofessional and rude
Hung up on me and refused to pick up my call. Now i have no idea the status on my rental. I Will be reaching to customer service for my refund

Allows you to book online with any card and charges your card but does not accept certain cards once you get to the office then you have to call for a refund and wait a few days.

I love this location, its 1 of 2 on my favorites list! The guys that work in here are friendly & accommodating, fast & efficient, helpful and give great customer service! Be aware this is a very busy location & can run out of cars but I never waited more than 10mins to be helped.

I booked a car for the evening. In the evening there were no cars in the office. Booking manager said he did not see my booking order. Service is unprofessional. I do not recommend this service

Like in Seinfeld episode Hertz knows how to get your reservation, send you a confirmation but doesn’t know how to hold that reservation. Rude staff on top of that.

Unavailable to get picked up from the body shop. Had to arrange my own transportation to the location to pick up the car. 1st car was dirty and interior reaked of Marijuana. 2nd car was dirty but smelled better and another employee was able to quickly exchange the paperwork.
