🌟 First trip to IKEA today and OMG 😍 I get the hype now!!
I came in for “just a look” and ended up on a full-on adventure through baskets, scissors, cowhide rugs, and dreamy organization inspo 🧺✂️📐
🛒 Favorite find? The braided MÄVINN basket that practically begged me to take it home.
I didn’t even make it to the other floors because I was too busy soaking in all the storage solutions, decor goals, and yes… those gorgeous cowhide rugs 🐄🖤 I’m obsessed!!
💭 Safe to say I’ve now joined the IKEA fan club. Next time: meatballs & the upstairs maze!!

The favourite store. Clean, easy to shop and usually a good range of products. Stock levels on online to in store can differ at times.
The restaurant is great, just wish they would open both sides when it’s busy. Long lines at times. I love my free cup of tea as a member.
Most staff are welcome and helpful but not across all departments.
Good overall!

Good furniture and home accessories store. Bargain Swedish foodstuffs for the homes.
Decent restaurant with Swedish food items.
Clean bathroom. Good place for families to be together and shop for home furnishings.

Disappointing experience with checking out and picking up furniture - I found it annoying and confusing that some furniture products are in the self-serve warehouse, some are in the employee-only warehouse, and some are split between the two. I tried the “express self-checkout” and had no trouble scanning 30+ items, but got zapped at the end with a “random scan check”. A pleasant employee came by and told us she had to re-scan 10 items. She accidentally scanned one item twice, which then triggered her re-scan of the entire purchase. Express turned into a very annoying delay. We then were directed to the employee-only warehouse for part of our purchase, and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the rest of our order. The time to checkout and receive our furniture was way too long in my opinion.

Like all ikeas, you will get lost. The store was clean and the reps were helpful.

Love everything about it! The staff is also very helpful and accommodating.
Make sure to try the food at least ONCE. It's worth it. I got the plant balls, and it was actually flavorful compared to previous times I tried it. I did have to add a little bit of black pepper to the Mac N Cheese, but it was still pretty good.

My wife wanted to get some new sheer curtains for our living and dining room and she bribed me to go with her for a Swedish Meatballs and Gravy dinner at the cafe... Of course i said YES!

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. They offer a wide variety of options for everything. 5/5 for those aspects.
However, I'm giving this a 1/5 rating because their customer support has been disappointing. I was promised three callbacks to help with a refund, but I never received any. When transferred to customer support, no one ever picks up or follows up. As of writing this, they still haven't helped me.
The specific issue is that I purchased an item in-store and returned it via mail.
Possible solutions:
Allow customers to leave a voicemail with their information.
Implement a system to ensure customer support follows up.
Improve the refund process, perhaps by allowing it through the website.

This location has gone downhill. Everything seems broken and no one is repairing anything. Ie. escalators, bathrooms, and such. Lots displays under tarps. No one is checking people out. It's only self checkout and they act like everyone is stealing. Kind of off-putting but it's the only one around here so.... At least they seemed stocked in the market place.

I’m a big fan of IKEA, especially the food! Great place to get some design inspiration! Had some Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and gravy 10/10! Purchased a great shelf for my figures and got myself a DJUNGELSKOG
