This medical supply company is the best, hands down. My daughter was leaving for an international trip and her supplies were delivered to the wrong address on the day of her flight...a representative met us at the airport with her much needed supplies. I will recommend In Touch to anyone who will listen. Keep doing what you're doing! It's tremendous.

Intouch staff, especially Brittany, made extraordinary efforts to get critical supplies to my husband. It took time to try different equipment sizes and she patiently worked with us through many changes. She was a lifeline in a stressful and confusing time. We greatly appreciated her knowledge of the products and her kindness. All of this while her insurance team was still working on authorization.The sales rep, Nick B, returned our initial call to Intouch while he was on vacation. He followed up afterward with Brittany to be sure everything was in process. Again, wonderful customer focused service that is evident in every contact with the staff.I highly recommend this company. Brittany and Nick are a credit to the mission the founder outlined on the website.

I have used in touch med supply for a year and a half as I self cath (just now diagnosed with MS). In Touch Med Supply is excellent. Calls before they sent out supplies monthly to ensure I have what I need. I remember at the beginning I ran out if my supply (my fault as I underestimated how many I would be using daily) and they delivered to me a supply at night and I think it was even on a weekend. Great customer service.

I called and left a voicemail at 1pm on a Saturday about only having 5 closed catheters system to get me through the weekend and I received a callback from Barry immediately who assisted me with getting an emergency supply out on the way to my front within 20 minutes. Even though my prior authorization from my insurance was still pending. I cannot make this service up. Thank you guys so much !

When my son was born 2 years ago, he was unable to empty his bladder by himself. He got really sick and septic, and almost died. It was literally the one of the hardest things my husband and I faced as young parents. By the time my son was 3 months old I had already been unsatisfied with 2 other medical supply companies. My son’s urologist had Lance from Intouch medical contact me, and it changed our lives. All the staff is very personable and really care about my child. They’re always available, making sure he’s okay, making sure he’s comfortable, and making sure all of his medical supplies are a good fit for him. They’re able to answer medical questions I have regarding his condition. His deliveries are always timely. I thank God for them. My family and I are super grateful to be part of the Intouch family❤️ Tori, Brittany, Barry, Lance, and everyone there I missed, thank you❤️

Outstanding customer service!Barry and Brittany are the best. They were very helpful and offered multiple options for the supplies my husband needed. This was comforting to me since we have no experience in this area.Brittany went out of her way to accommodate his needs and to get our order to us expeditiously! InTouch medical supply has been a godsend for our family. I have a teenage son with significant medical needs and have used many different companies in the past. Lance consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my son has the supplies he needs, even if that means going out of his way to make sure that happens. This company and their products were recommended by our Jefferson doctor. That was good enough for me to try them. We are just getting started and Barry made sure we had what we needed. He arranged a special delivery arriving at 7:30 PM. Do not hesitate to use this company. When you call you get to talk to a real person. Their products are great and their customer service is the best!
