When they arrived Max began discussing potentially increase and decrease depending on hours, which I took as a bad sign but was quickly proven wrong. Max made a point to be transparent and communicate very thoroughly every step of the way. In the end we paid less than we were originally quoted and received above and beyond service. The team was also able to work around tough parking situations at both locations after our police permit officer never showed up to help. We are moving from a house with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths...into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The room available to get boxes and furniture up the steps and into a very crowded room was very small, and the guys did exceptionally well with everything arriving in good shape. “The crew from Jensen packed and moved us on two EXTREMELY hot and humid days. Our upstairs had no air conditioning! Jay, James, Colin and Lee worked efficiently and cheerfully under these challenging conditions. All our possessions arrived intact and undamaged. All boxes were labeled and placed in the appropriate area and furniture was maneuvered to my liking before they left. They also came in under the estimated number of boxes and hours, saving us money.
