Super rude to our delivery driver. Made her cry in her van. It was the people at your front desk. You have no instructions for where the packages should be dropped. When she asked they were unbelievably rude to her and belittled her.Here's a 1 star review.

Had a terrific experience and great results. I went in with no knowledge of finishing a basement or carpets and Dave assisted with all of it. Answering my most basic questions as I chose between floor or carpet for refinishing a basement floor that had challenges and durability needs. The carpet and color I ended up with are perfect and create a cozy space you actually want to be in. And the process of measuring day of installation was seamless.Also, and unexpected, was how often my cat would be vomiting down in the basement (where he eats - don't worry I figured out why that was happening and he no longer has GI issues) and each time I was able to clean up the mess easily. There's lots of pet friendly carpets to chose from if this sounds like you.Looking forward to my next project with Norman Carpets.

Norman Carpet One Warehouse recently installed custom cut-and-bound wool carpet in my primary bedroom, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the no-pressure service when visiting the showroom and the flawless installation. The prices were extremely fair for the remnant we chose and install was promptly scheduled a week later. Highly recommend!

My real estate agent had used Norman Carpet so when I wanted to have my (dry) basement carpeted this is where I went. I came in the morning the week leading up to Christmas expecting to start the process, figuring because of the holidays nothing would get done until after new years. Nope. They came out to measure that afternoon and 2 days later on 12/23 they came to carpet. The installers did an amazing job and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Wow, what a difference! I now have usable space. Thank you, Marissa! Real estate agents always have the best recommendations.

Have now bought 3 carpets from them and would not go anywhere else. First, their prices are great. Second, their instillation has been flawless, fast and courteous. Third, their sales reps have been open, honest and transparent. Fourth, I'd always choose to support family owned businesses wherever possible.. especially when their prices, quality, and customer service exceed the competitors, as has been my experience with these guys. I'm so glad I stopped into here before going with what would have been 30% more expensive option from home Depot for a lower quality rug.. Thanks guys!!!
