Ben, the maintenance guy, is top-notch. If you submit a ticket, he shows up within 48 hrs (sometimes even before EoD). Super friendly, respectful of WFH environments and always cleans up/locks up after he is done.

North Lane Apartments has been a great place to live! Lydia, the property manager, has been very professional and has always made us feel at home since day one. The location is also perfect being just a short drive (or walk) into Conshohocken for so many great restaurants/bars. I highly recommend to any future renters!
