Their HIIT classes are their bread and butter but I love their women’s strength training classes with full body heavy lifting at all levels of strength with attentive instructors.

I recently found myself in search of a reputable place to train that also felt comfortable for someone who was restarting their fitness journey (which can be intimidating!). Everyone at PIT has been SO kind, helpful, and encouraging. The trainers are knowledgeable and the workouts have really pushed me. It’s cool to be in a space where it feels like everyone is working on being the best version of themselves; it’s contagious. I’m so happy I found PIT.

Fantastic gym! I was in town last week for work and luckily found this gym! Great facility, awesome coaches and very challenging workout! If I lived in that area I would without a doubt be member! I’ll be back again next month can’t wait!

My favorite place to be. I never been to a gym where not only are the trainers and owners are amazing, but the people who trains there are too. Everyone is constantly encouraging each other because it’s definitely not easy.

Great trainers and pricing. Intense workout that is different then any other gym out there. Fits all fitness levels and the personal training pricing beats any local gym.

I have been going to PIT for about five months. I was hooked after my first class, which was free, because your first two classes are always free.Having previously belonged to Lifetime Fitness, I was terrified of trying PIT because they use some equipment I had never used before. (kegs! Sledgehammers! So many tires!) Both trainers AND other class members (who are sometimes other trainers, as they take each other’s classes frequently) went out of their way to be nice, make me feel welcome, answer my questions and show me what to do if I forgot or was unsure. The instructors/trainers are nice, but do not go easy on you. Classes are HARD, but fun. It’s the perfect gym if you like to push yourself. If you consider mowing the lawn to be a good workout, this gym might be to intense for you. (Though you might love the intensity, you should probably still try it.)There’s no AC (they have two garage doors that open) so it does get warm on hot days, but it doesn’t matter because you will sweat no matter what. Having always been sensitive to how much I sweat, it’s nice to be at a gym where everybody is always sweaty and nobody cares. (Don’t worry. It doesn’t smell.)It’s a great workout, but the reason to come (and stay) is because of the people. The trainers know their stuff and will work you hard, but it will be fun. There’s definite personality here, and my workouts here are the best part of my day.(I do personal training with Enjoli Segneri there, and I love it! I’ve included pictures from some of our training sessions.)

PIT in Conshohocken is a stellar spot with a dynamite crew & community that delivers the best workout classes around. Whether you're a beginner looking to get strong and fit or a conditioned athlete looking for a new challenge, PIT is the right fit.
