From the outstanding customer service and to the epic product that came back when we submitted our project to those guys has made my organization a permanent customer for as long as the building stands. This is as sincere as I could possibly be because we took our project to four other businesses and so by the time we got to serve speedy, we were kind of nervous about the outcome, and we were completely blown away by the work. You can tell, even with the proof that they sent back that they are very meticulous and truly love what they do. Once again, I can truly say I am a customer for life not just with my organization, but any of my personal projects that they can take on I’ll be sending their direction. Thank you very much for all you do!”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”
“I never leave Google reviews, but this FedEx actually changed my life today. I had one hour before this establishment closed and was desperately calling around to find somewhere to print my custom 42x42 poster for a conference that I leave for tomorrow. When I was transferred to this specific FedEx location, the worker on the phone was the nicest person to me ever. I've literally never had better customer service at a single other shipping place (FedEx USPS UPS, etc)in my LIFE. It's like a requirement to be really mean to work at those places. Except this place. The guy on the phone said to just send over the print and hed get started on it right away, with no complaint. I've been to this location yesterday and earlier this morning (printing wrong poster after wrong poster) and they were patient with me every single time. This last push on my end was a desperate attempt to save my ass for work and they helped me pull thru. Hope this helps out the establishment, or someone else in a similar situation!! I would recommend this place every time.”
“I get a lot of fast turnaround small run print done here. I've always found the staff here to be flexible, helpful and the print work they've done for me is excellent quality. I'm very glad to have this Fedex center and crew in my neighborhood. Toni and Aaron and the others are all top-notch.”

“If everything in life worked as excellently as FedEx at 18th and Spring Garden it would be a wondrous world. I need a page printed out on their large format printer. I was able to send it by email. When I called, Dave picked up and said he was just opening the file. He quickly took down the details of what I need, priced it out, let me adjust it, and took my credit card details so my friend could pick it up. Smooth, efficient, smart and helpful. By the way, I called another FedEx about printing a large format page and they quickly directed me to the location with the right printer. At no time was I put on hold, talked to some one with no clue, told it couldn't be done or treated rudely. Truly, I wish they could run the world.”
