“Conveniently located on the main street of Conshohocken, the Post Office has plenty of street parking. Inside, you'll find an old fashioned building that was prevalent at the time that it was built. Very nice lobby that allows for a quick moving waiting line. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience overall as always. I do all of my posting here.”

They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. “Hi Fed Ex,I, a new customer in the area, found the Fed-ex location by default. I came into the store once to ship some items, and then I came another day to have some labels made. See, I am a party planner for a large property and need my items to be exactly how I perceive them. Well, John is.... let's say is , AMAZING I tell him exactly what I am looking for and he executes it. He so patience and has a wonderful eye for detail. “I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.”

“I am genuinely sad I will no longer be using the Spring Garden Fedex. For no other reason aside from the fact I moved. I use Fedex 5-6/7 days a week for my small business, and have gone to just about every Fedex in a 10 mile radius...Nothing even comes close to the type of customer service and genuine people this location has.Dave (the manager) might be one of the hardest working people I've ever met. I've seen him in there running the store solo, 5 people in line, someone at the printer, and somehow we're all out of there in under 2 minutes. And I'm sure if he see's this, he wont even take the credit for being a big part of why the store is so great, and he'll say something like, "it's because we have an awesome team." Well Dave, yes, the team is great! But your coaching wins championships!Over the past few years, I had the privilege of getting to know basically every staff member. Some have come and go, but my Day 1's are the sole reason I am even writing this review...So to Mika, Sabirah, Mona, Linette, and Yolanda. Ladies, I cannot thank you enough for making me feel like family. You put a smile on my face every morning and every evening. My Fedex trips are not even close to the same without you all. I hope you know how much I appreciate everything you guys did in making me feel like more then a customer.Every morning and every evening I was greeted with a genuine "hello" or "how was your day?" and i'm not talking about the fake Chik Fil A robot type of greeting, I mean everyone really cared!Over the last 2ish years, I'd seen some of the rudest patrons snap on these incredible people for no reason! Like it's their fault your package is a day late or make up the shipping prices? Anyway, once the next customer was up, it was as if nothing had happened...Frankly, I don't know if I would have enough will power to not hop the counter and ship a customers face overnight express (uninsured).At peak rush, there was always 2 registers moving the line lightning fast. If someone was having trouble on the printers/copiers, help was there before the customer could even turn around and ask.I hope this long review doesn't get skipped over by those looking for a reputable, friendly, and fast location. If I wasn't an hour away, I'd still use this location. Because you won't find another with people like this.To the incredible people of 1816 SG Fedex, Thank you for everything!”

“I used TSI to move 15 boxes from Jersey City to San Diego and was super impressed by their costumer service, quality of care with my moving boxes, and price. I called several moving companies prior to reaching out to TSI and was met with incredibly high rates and salespeople accustomed to using scare tactics to lock you into dropping a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a pick up. I worked with Max Huber at TSI for my move and was so impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and frequent communication. By the time I was ready to book a pickup, I felt well versed in TSI’s policies and procedures. I’m hoping to stay rooted in San Diego, but if I ever need to move back east, I would 100% book again with TSI.”

Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. After resizing my image and making sure the resolution was higher, I went on to upload my image and it wouldnt go through. Instead of wasting any more time, I ran right over to the store. The very nice gentleman retrieved my email immediately and had the print done within an hour at a very reasonable price. The quality was also outstanding! “I had to get posters printed (I had previously used a company in NYC called Printique) and this was my first time using FedEx for high quality photo/card stock prints. Kerensa was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. She showed me different options, explained pricing, and worked with me after running a test print to dial in a border issue on the poster to get the remainder of prints looking perfect. I will never use the NYC printer I had previously gone to again. I will always go to FedEx for prints like this from now on! *She also did all of this during a busy rush (which looked worse than it was) and was extremely patient and performed all of these tasks in about 5-6 minutes tops. Excellent service from top to bottom!”

“I went to this location in hopes of having the same person who did this job for me a year ago do it again. Fortunately, Shareef (I didn’t know his name at the time) was there. I needed custom cuts done of various roster cards in stacks of 100. He did a fantastic job. I’ve had other people attempt to this kind of job, and they did terrible. However, knowing this print professional was completing my order put me at ease, and I was very pleased with the outcome. He takes a great deal of pride in his work. He’s kind and professional.
