Totally unprofessional.
My nail tech did not listen to a word I said and when I expressed that I was not happy she proceeded to give me attitude and continued doing a horrible job. I work in the area and will be sure to tell people word of mouth that this is not the place to go EVER!

I had yvon today during my first ever visit to star nails and she was amazing! I’m new to this area and have been getting my nails done for years, but the time and attention that was taken to make sure they were perfect was top notch! Will definitely be going back!

I go here because I’m tired of driving into the city. Yesterday was by far the worse. I had an appointment at 3pm and waited an hour to be seen. Not one person apologized for me waiting so long. I’ll pay whatever for my nails, but I swear they make up prices each time. Call me what you want, but no I did not tip. I guess I’ll be back to sipping mimosas and paying more in the city. I like when my time is considered.

Appointment time was 1115 and didn't get seen until 12. I picked a color and it came out a completely different color. I pointed it out and was told that it isn't accurate on the color swatch but it is on the other one which doesn't make sense to me. I wasn't gonna ask her to redo the color because I didn't have time. Just disappointed.

Me and my sister went there to get our nails done and they did anything job the quality of the nails are amazing they a perfectly shape and not thick or chunky the lady that did my nails was so sweet and paid attention to every detail of my nails I would definitely go there again

Extremly rude manager lady,very unprofessional experience.My gel manicure chipped everywhere after 2days ,went back and was expected to pay for a fresh manicure and told it was my fault .

I absolutely love star nails. I’ve been getting my nails done there for a pretty long time and the people there are always so nice :) and not to mention they’re great at what they do. I absolutely loved my most recent set of nails

Always fast and top tier service. My hands and feet always look amazing, full set lasts 2-3 weeks and I only lost a nail once. Pedicures are the best I have had, they use a motorized buffer that gets all the crustiness off the heels and puts you in a state of absolute bliss. I aways recommend.

Hands down the BEST nail salon! This place is absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for 3 months and everytime I leave the salon I am blown away at how great my nails look!I originally came here because I went to a different nail salon for my wedding nails (decided to do french with chrome) and it came out looking horrible... where I needed an emergency appointment…this nail salon saved me & immediately fixed my wedding nails ??! I can’t thank them enough and will always highly recommend this place for their awesome service and high quality work!

I am saddened that I chose to go to Star nails since it is closer to my house. I usually go to a nail salon closer to my job and from now on that is where I will be going. I went to Star nails to get a refill on my natural nails. The young lady that was (well started) my nails I explained to her. 1) Where my nails grew out the acrylic was lifting. 2) I stated I wanted my nails cut just a little. I have no clue what she heard but she went ahead and cut MY nail (my nail- not fake nail) OFF! I asked her why did she do that, she started to lie and say my whole nail was lifted. It was NOT! Then she proceeded to get upset with me after I told her the acrylic was not lifting on my whole nail. Well after that she said she wasn’t doing my nails and I can go back to where I got them done. I couldn’t believe it. Another nail tech that was sitting next to her said she will do my nails. I couldn’t believe it. The only way to fix my nail was to now add a fake nail. Nothing was said, no apology NOTHING! I’m giving 2 stars only because my nails got done or else I wouldn’t give any stars. The picture will show the length of my nails and what she just cut off. I still can’t believe she did that and wanted to point blame like I did something wrong. Whatever happened to customer service? I will never go back!!!!

Came here for the first time earlier this evening and I was so impressed!!! I live in New Jersey but needed nails done in PA near my work and got a reccomendation from a friend! Maya did an incredible job !!!! She checked with me every step of the way if I was happy and was very efficient with her time. The best!!!
