I have loved living at my apartment managed by the HOW Group! Ammonie was my leading agent and she made sure the process was smooth, efficient, and was transparent with every detail. Additionally, Padraig was our maintenance tech for an issue we had in our apartment, and he was awesome. He was prompt, thorough, courteous, and got the job done for us in one day. He was also very kind and explained everything to me in an understandable way. It is great to live in a place that answers questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly!

I was pleased with my experience renting with the How Group. Ammonie was my Leasing Agent, and I was impressed by her professionalism and availability. It never felt like an inconvenience when I had a question or needed help with something leading up to signing my lease. She also checked in with me to see how I was liking the place a few days in. I do like my apartment, and I think the assurance of an attentive leasing agent was a big part of that.

Ashley, Cristin, and Marquis were wonderful! They actually cared about us as tenants and our situation, and I definitely recommend the How Group. They care about their tenants and do the right thing! 5 stars well deserved

I have now had too many unfortunate events with this company and want others to avoid being put in similar frustrating situations. I was left waiting at a scheduled viewing and needed to call the agent, to which she told me she did not have me on her schedule. I understand this things happen so I was happy to reschedule.

I was left waiting at a scheduled viewing and needed to call the agent, to which she told me she did not have me on her schedule. I understand this things happen so I was happy to reschedule. We then rescheduled, the agent showed up late and could not open the door to the apartment. This has been a few weeks now of lack of correspondence and so I will not be recommending this organization to others.

As a Real Estate Stager, I work with a lot of phenomenal Realtors and I can say, without a doubt, that Nikita Roman and her Team at The How Group are at the top of that list. Her commitment to her clients is evident from the start. Her knowledge of what sells real estate fast is invaluable. In particular, Nikita's understanding of the importance of staging vacant homes and the online listing photos as a powerful marketing tool truly places her listings in the very best position to generate showings that lead to offers. In addition to all of this, Nikita has a magnetic, likable personality and is super supportive with her clients. I definitely recommend Nikita without hesitation to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

Not sure I've ever had more frustrating business transactions. Cory McDonald sets the bar extremely low for real estate agents nationwide. Mistakes were made on every offer we made. We eventually decided to go with new construction, and Cory inserted himself into this in order to receive the commission check but quite literally did absolutely nothing to help us. He did not even bother to read the sales contract that we were signing and two hours before we sign that sales contract, he informs us he can't make it to the signing because he has a triathlon in Atlantic City. He came with us once when we were making decisions on the new construction and spent the entire time playing on his phone. Cory sure knows how to make his clients feel like they are a top priority.We also used Cory to sell our townhome. I specifically asked for a detailed estimated settlement sheet as I do not like financial surprises. Sure enough, less than 24 hours before the settlement of our house we get a final settlement sheet with over $1k in charges we were never made aware of. These should not have been surprises, but Cory never bothered to find these out beforehand. All it took was a phone call or an email. When we pushed Cory on this on why he didn't know, all he did was apologize. When asked if these were uncommon fees, he said no. For some reason Cory thinks this is an acceptable way to do business.We did not have one piece of paperwork that we did not have to thoroughly review and then send back to have corrected. Lack of attention to detail, numerous clerical errors, just mind-boggling incompetence all around.Best of luck trying to get him to actually pick up the phone, as he likes to handle real estate transactions worth over half a million $ through text and email.

Horrible team at the HOW Group. I submitted a maintenance request about cockroaches and have been told 5 TIMES that someone would come by my apartment. I cleared most of my belongings out each time and nobody has ever showed up. Jennifer, Naasha, and Mia have provided the worst customer service and assistance imaginable. Each time one of them has told me an exterminator has been scheduled and none showed up, I followed up with phone calls and have been told to wait another x-
