The gentleman Bruce that helped me was very nice, patient polite knowledgeable and very professional… I had a lot of bad experience in that store he was a pleasure to deal with!

Went in to switch phone providers and to see about buying a new phone. We ended up being stuck for 6 hours. The representative activated the wrong phone at one point. Upon switching providers, he deleted my SIM card from t mobile leaving us with no cell service which lead to me paying out of pocket to t mobile for cell service. Would not recommend this location.

Dominic was amazing to deal with and the reason i returned to the Conschy Verizon store mutiple times. Super knowledgable and friendly, made the long experience more enjoyable. Verizon has a great asset in him and will be asking for him again if i return to the store for future needs!

Note this store is an authorized retailer operated by Victra, not a Verizon owned store. The associate didn't sign me up for the plan and promotion that was discussed. When I returned, the associate working that day couldn't help because he wasn't the person who "helped" me originally. You're better off working directly with Verizon. Their tech support was able to fix the problem caused by Victra

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at cell phone store. Dominic is an outstanding employee. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer any question or address any issue that my party had for me. Dominic was an absolute pleasure to work with. As long as he’s here I’ll go here for all of my cell phone needs.

Dominic and I worked through a very irregular issue regarding my phone. He sat with me, patiently and professionally for 5 hours as he jumped through hoop after hoop in order to help resolve my issue. He is nothing less than a consummate professional who is not only helpful, but very kind, funny and engaging. Hands down my best experience inside a cell phone provider store.
