This location is awful. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years but thinking about closing my accounts as this branch has gone to h… and customer service just does not exist. No drive. Thru anymore and I went last Saturday to deposit money and the lobby is now closed on Saturday. When is someone who works to 5 weekdays to bank as it is only open 9 to 5. I finally went in during the week, but was told I needed to make an appointment. I left and went to Chase and opened an account and next week closing all my accounts at Wells Fargo. Total lack of customer care. Good bye Wells Fargo.

As a customer of Wells Fargo for nearly 20 years, I am absolutely shocked that I cannot bring old Wells Fargo checks to the branch to be put in the shred bin for security purposes. Little things go a long way, and I’ll be looking for an alternate bank moving forward.

Do not use this location. Friday at 11am and there is no teller service available. The manager said they only have 1 teller and she went on break for 10 minutes. There was no one to help.

Helpful but this store is a little behind in company rules. Got a temporary card and was waiting for my card for a month. Called the corporate and said they don’t give temporary cards anymore. So seemed to be a miscommunication but overall the customer service was great

Banks never help when you need them too...My Goes to bank help filling out mortgage paperwork from same bank can't help sorry ..What are all the desk for then terrible

Came in to go to safe deposit box. One CSR out of 7 including tellers had a customer. Made me wait over 20 minutes to get in my box. I dispose coming to this branch

Never know whether the lobby is open or what the hours are because they do not communicate them. Tried to make a deposit but could not because they could not add up the 11 checks to get the right total. They do not make any effort at customer service. Now trying attempt #4 to make this deposit and this is not the first time this has happened at this bank. My time will be better spent looking for a new bank which is what I am now doing.

Closed the branch so they make you use the drive through ATMs. Gov Wolf can march with protestors arm-in-arm in Philly but makes you wait 45 minutes in a drive through line to withdraw your hard earned money.Drive through took forever and the staff were rude & short with me. Not to mention you can barely make out what they're saying with the car running and terrible audio quality from the screen.Usually have good experiences with this bank but this branch is awful.Stay away.

This Wells Fargo Bank is located on Fayette Street in Conshohocken PA. I'm not usually in Conshohocken, but back in July my Mom and Dad and I were driving around Conshohocken too see the old sights. We needed to find a Wells Fargo Bank and we found this one. It took us a while to loop around to find the entrance to the ATM side of the bank but we found it and it did the trick.
