Do NOT go here!! I have never been so disrespected in my life. The woman working in the self service checkout lane "Sharon" was Very Rude and Disrespectful. I was checking out my groceries and just when I was finishing and about to pay this woman comes up out of nowhere shoving a paper mask in my face telling me "put this on". This woman had her hand all over the mask and it wasn't even in a sealed package. I don't know that woman nor do I know where her hands been and I don't know where she got that mask from so I told her, No. I just walked around the store for 30+ minutes shopping, stood in line, rang up all of my groceries and all of a sudden I'm harassed about a mask when I'm about to swipe my card to pay. She then started to be very verbally abusive towards me and followed me outside the store when I left. She told me to, "Eat her ass". I went back into the store to ask for the manager and some young guy said that he was the manager; I told him what she said to me and he just looked at me like I was crazy and he was more concerned with telling me to pull my mask up. At that point I left the store because I'm tired of dealing with uninformed people that make ignorant remarks. If you have your mask on why are you worried about me. I have natural immunity. I can't get it nor can I spread it but I don't feel that I have to discuss my medical history or standing with a stranger in the grocery store. People need to wake up and stop violating people's human rights. A mandate is Not a law and I'm tired of grocery stores and other people trying to play politics and try to enforce policies that clearly infringe on everyone's human and civil rights. No One have the authority to tell me or anyone else to put something over their face to obstruct their breathing. US Code Title 18 Section 245 is a FEDERAL LAW! Not mandate. People need to read the US Constitution and The Bill of Rights. I think most people have forgotten about that. At this point I'm not going back into another Giant grocery store again, they're not the only game in town. I can go to Safeway, Shoppers, Aldi, Price Rite and many others; I don't NEED Giant, Giant NEEDS me and people like me. If they want to play politics, harass their customers and insult them, fine; I'll take my business elsewhere.

This store has gone downhill ever since they added the wine/beer section -- the store was too small as it was! Lately they are never well stocked and the selection is much smaller than other Giants. I check the dates on everything because I routinely find items at or past their sell by date - who wants bread that was "best by" 2 days earlier? I know it's hard to find workers these days but some of the younger cashiers have zero interest in doing their job and more than once have forgotten to take off my coupons. The parking lot is a disaster and it doesn't help when tractor trailers make deliveries directly in front of the store! I like Giant stores overall but not this one. This would be such a nice neighborhood market but falls short on everything. I have even complained to corporate and never got a response.

Maybe it's an acquired taste, but over time and having lived close to this Giant location for a few years now, I appreciate the smaller format of this store as compared to the big one at the Metroplex. After getting used to where things are in this store, I've come to like the small format and appreciate the fact that I'm able to pretty quickly get to where I'm trying to go within the store. In contrast, while the Metroplex store is certainly nice, it's a big store to hike through, so if I'm getting something from the dairy section but parked near produce, it's going to be a hike. At this Giant, where I park is near the dairy section, so it's a quick trip in and out. And yes, I'm often in the dairy section when I go to Giant. We get most of our other groceries at Wegmans. I'll come in from time to time to take advantage of sales, though.

I have used Giant Direct delivery two times now. Wow, what a great service. I was nervous to use it. But, it was so nice to sit in my comfy home and just shop. Nice too because I could alter the cart right up to a day before the delivery. I can add and subtract. Everything was so pleasantly easy and efficient. The driver was so friendly and brought my packages right to my door. I don't want to shop any other way again. Thank you, Giant Direct! Your very happy customer, Dora Dougherty

As we walked in last night, we noticed that the parking spot in front of ours had a broken jar of spaghetti sauce, and I was worried someone might damage a tire on the broken glass. Stopped at customer service and let them know, and she was calling someone up to deal with it as I walked away. Did our shopping (got almost everything, and at some good deals) and left, noticing that the parking spot was now clear of litter and safe for cars again (and people walking by, the child getting out of the car in the space next to it, when we noticed the incident in the first place, accidentally kicked a piece of glass, so I'm thankful they handled it before someone got hurt!) No grocery is perfect, but this is a good store to shop at, and I'm thankful it's nearby! Aside from sometimes being out of what I'm looking for, I haven't had issues here

How in the world can you be in area for so long and have the worst meat department around? Their usual prices are 18.99 for porterhouse or ribeye steaks if you can find one.On sale you'd be lucky to find them for 12.99.Plus it's not the best cuts in world. Roast chuck steaks for 8.99 as tough as shoe leather. Giant in house turkey sliced at 6.99 a lb and God forbid you want Boars Head ham or roast beef then your looking at 11.99 a lb. Maybe clean up your store on occasion and get the carts of food out aisles. Never again.

If you want yet another example of the stupidity of bureaucratic decisions, look no further than the robot wandering around the store, getting in everyone's way while blocking the aisle and shelves while screaming, "CAUTION! HAZARD DETECTED!! CAUTION! HAZARD DETECTED!!" I can't imagine what they paid for that thing... Probably enough to pay half a dozen high schoolers minimum wage to do the same thing.

The only reason this pharmacy receives any stars is because of one of their employees named Jeanette. I believe she is new. The other employees that work there are not only slow and Rude but when an RX is filled inaccurately and you question them and ask them to fill it correctly, you are met with disdain and are considered as bothersome. I continued to utilize them for almost 2 years because with or without insurance they had the best prices around for the medication I take. My friends that used Giant Pharmacy had changed over a year ago. I finally got sick of the contempt they show EVERYONE and changed to CVS Pharmacy in Conshohocken. What a difference! The employees at CVS Pharmacy are respectful and even helpful when I am filling my RX. I would rather pay a little more money and be treated like a customer instead of dirt beneath someone's shoes.

This Giant has the worst deli! There is an older woman there who is constantly rude! She takes a tone if you ask anything, rolls her eyes when you place your order, and talks to you In a condescending way! Absolutely disrespectful! Weis is across the street and they sell alcohol! Don't even bother going here!

Avoid at all costs! I repeat, AVOID this store. This place is a dump managers and staff are incompetent and treat customers like dirt. Can you image how they mistreat their cold food, dairy, hot foods etc. They most likely handle food the same way they handle customers, do not trust!

Been shopping there for a few years, have a family of 5. Place has really gone down hill. Whoever stocks the shelves sucks, they will have 100 of one variety and 0 of another variety. Staff spends more time conversing with each other than their jobs. And always some kind of attitude when you ask for help.

This is a review for the Giant Pharmacy at this location. Since there is no separate Yelp entry for the Giant Pharmacy, and since the pharmacy is part of Giant, this belongs here. Just had the most rude service I have ever received anywhere in the last ten years. I believe the person working at the Pharmacy was named Rebecca, short haired, lots of attitude. No excuse in the world for how badly she treated me, I didn't say one rude word to her whatsoever. Awful attitude and I feel bad that she is so miserable with her own life that she projects that on innocent customers.
