Don came out to do warranty work on our new Hisense TV. He was extremally nice and explained exactly what he was going to do. He also detailed the Hisense Warranty Process if swapping the parts did not fix the issue. During our conversation, he mentioned he has been repairing TVs for 35 years, it was reassuring to hear his experience. I would not hesitate to call him if you need TV Service. Thanks Don!

Took my smart tv in replaced light bars. Had to take it back. While he repaired it he cracked the screen. Did not offer to fix. Did give me my money that I paid him to fix but nothing for cracking the screen.
