As I was preparing to drive from PA to NY, I noticed that my car (a QX60) might be low on oil. I stopped at the nearest gas station, but when I tried to check the oil level, I struggled to find where to replace the dipstick—the location is really hidden! Just as I was getting frustrated, a kind man named Aerosmith noticed our struggle and didn’t hesitate to offer his help. He took charge of the situation, expertly added 2 quarts of oil for us, and made sure everything was in order before we continued our journey. His professionalism and willingness to assist total strangers were truly impressive. Thank you, Aerosmith, for being a lifesaver on the road!”
“Prices are reasonable , if you are mechanically inclined you can visit with no issues but if not and you have to depend on staff to know things , that may be a problem depending on the staff member but guess that's true of any business , overall not to bad”

Even it was Sunday, and with emergency weather alert because of heavy rain and storms, she opened the shop for us, took care of us, and helped us with the insurance and rental car issues.
