This was last time taking my car for overpriced basic inspection service.They set price at $340, then add extra fees hoping you don't see them. When you do see them and call them out on it, they immediately take them off.I know a good honest mechanic I will be taking my car to instead.

I have been going to Lehigh Valley Honda for service for our cars for many years. I am impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They have recently streamlined their service operations to make things easier than ever to do business with them. Appreciate them helping me keep my old Hondas on the road!

2 & 1/2 hours for an oil change. Express service. When inquired how much longer (after hour passes) they couldn’t tell me. Same at 2 hours. They need more mechanics to speed the process. They need customer service to be more upfront with time requirements, and knowledge of mechanics timeline during the process.It’s not like it used to be. I had a wonderful experience at Lehigh Valley Honda! I just took my car in for its first oil change and from the moment I made the appointment, dropped my car off to the moment I left, everyone was friendly and professional. Tristan was especially helpful. I told him I had an appointment that I needed to get to at a certain time and he made sure to have the car done with plenty of time to spare! The lot attendant Edwin was fantastic. He greeted me with such hospitality, and It continued as I went into the service area and met with Samantha. She, too, was outstanding. There was a little glitch with my service order and the service manager at the time don’t know his name was fantastic. They took care of me in less than 10 minutes and of course my salesman came over to say hello Bruce F fantastic experience Five Starr all the way fantastic. Highly recommend this place it’s Five Starr and anyone that knows me knows I have high standards !!!!! Love my Lehigh Valley Honda!!

I was able to easily schedule a service appointment that fit my schedule. Service updates were easy and convenient. They called when I didn't have time to reply to keep things moving promptly. My vehicle is well maintained and operating reliably at a reasonable expense.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have been visiting this service center since 2018. My last visit is couple of weeks ago for oil change and inspection/emission. I got the car back with torn driver seat. I brought this thing to their available attendant's attention evening as the manager was not available on that day evening hours. I don't see a response until I call after 2 business days. They are not being sorry for what they have done and covering up with escape attitude. Please be cautious when you give car for service at this location. I would suggest taking photographs of Interior and exterior before dropping the car.

I have always had good service at Lehigh Honda but this time the service was particularly outstanding. My car was way over due for inspection and I was a bit panicked. Danielle assisted me. When she realized I was missing my registration she was extremely helpful in walking me through the steps I needed to take to obtain a duplicate. She was very kind and patient. She was in contact as I navigated the process and was readily available to answer my questions. I am so grateful to Danielle for her extraordinary customer service. This was an absolutely terrible experience! Car was towed to the Honda service department. I was told the issues were fixed and they did a multi point inspection. I drove the car 450 miles and now the check engine light, and VSA indicator are on. The car is smoking too! Called several times to complain about the service. No return calls. Very disgraceful!

Since the moment I walked into LV Honda to buy my first ever new car, the folks who work there have always been amazingly professional, kind, and respectful. We continue to take our Hondas there for service as they provide honest and reliable service. During my last inspection I was fortunate to work with Tristan who was super sweet, personable, and informative. I was quoted a pretty long wait time but my service only took about an hour. I highly recommend LV Honda, whether you’re looking for a new car or to have yours serviced, they are exceptional!

Tengo un problema muy grande con este concesionario esta es la segunda vez que llego mi carro honda accord 2018 que de echo es un vehículo muy pero muy malo la primera vez me dijeron que el daño lo hizo un animal que se comió un cable de el motor ok lo arreglaron con un costo de $4500 dollar la. Mitad la pago el honda care y la otra mitad la pague yo un mes después el carro volvió a dar problemas lo llevo al concesionario nuevamente para revisar que pasa y me dicen que me tiene que cobrar $1618 dollar por bajar el motor y revisar que pasa con el vehículo el vehículo dura 2 semana siempre y nunca hacen nada y nada tratando de durar tiempo con el vehículo para decirme que ahí otros problemas grave esté concesionario es una estafa grande hacías el cliente

My main concern is the presence of rust on certain parts of the vehicle, considering it's only four months old. I noticed rust on the second row seat tracks and the spindle knuckle bear, and it was quite alarming to see such corrosion on a brand new car. The rust looked like something you'd typically find on a vehicle that's five years old, not a recent purchase.When I told dealership, they informed me that it's a common issue with Honda cars, even when compared to other brands. However, as someone who has always driven Toyota cars and appreciates their reliability, I find myself second-guessing my decision to choose the Honda Odyssey. I wonder if I should have waited for the Toyota Sienna, known for its durability and dependability.While the service experience at the dealership was satisfactory, this rust problem has left me with some doubts about the long-term quality and durability of the Honda Odyssey. As a customer, I expect a brand new car to be free from such issues, and I hope Honda takes this feedback into consideration for future improvements.Overall, I'm torn between my initial choice and the potential reliability of a Toyota Sienna. It's disappointing to encounter these rust problems, especially on a relatively new vehicle. I hope this review helps other potential buyers make an informed decision when considering the Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna.

Disorganized and unprofessional. Made my wife wait for an hour and a half in her car despite being first in line for “express service”. What a joke. We have been loyal customers buying and servicing our vehicle here. Not any more! Save your “we’re sorry for your experience response. It’s just as disingenuous as your care for your customers.
