Jason and Monica are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We purchased an upright for our daughter to begin lessons on and couldn't be happier with the piano and customer service we received.

Great repair work. Our piano had extensive damage and required a new bridge cap for the bass and treble sections and new hammers which required pulling the pins. After the work was completed it sounded like it did as a brand new piano. I didn't realize how much the damage had effected the sound until Jason repaired it.

I bought my neighbors piano and went to Like New to help with the move. The price I was quoted was very reasonable, honestly less than I expected for a baby grand piano and Monica was so fast to respond and help me get everything set up.
