The sales team and staff at Scott Powersports has exceeded any expectations I could have had for purchasing a new bike. Spencer in sales and the owner Tony worked so hard to get me a very limited production race bike that nobody has been able to source me for two years now. They've gone the extra mile and then some. The purchase process was seamless. The icing on the cake was taking delivery of my 2024 Yamaha R6 race and seeing it delivered by the owner's two sons. Truly a family business with family style customer service and appreciation for customers that cannot be matched. I can't thank Spencer and Tony enough for making a pipe dream become a reality. 10/10

I bought my 2025 Honda Grom here at Scott’s, they have some very knowledgeable and polite salesmen and they gave me a fantastic deal on my trade ins! They worked hard to get the numbers where I wanted and helped ease the process of trading in 2 bikes for 1 by picking up my bike! I’d 100% do business with them again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new bike especially a Grom! Best prices on Groms around!

Awesome shop, ever better group of folks running it. Emailed with Matt prior to showing up to purchase a new MT07. Everyone was super helpful and went out of their way to ensure the process was smooth and pain free. They even checked the tire pressure and carried my helmet for me when I was leaving. Definitely recommend, will be returning. Thanks!

Bret is the man! I was emailing back and forth with him about a used mt09 they had for sale. Bret was able to hold the bike for me for a few days until I could physically come into the store. I also traded in a bike as well. Bret was up front and honest about everything! From the moment I walked into the store I felt very welcomed. The owner of the store was also there and personally handle transferring over my plates and checked my new bikes tire pressure. He wanted to make sure when I left his store that I would be safe and good to go. I unfortunately cant remember his name but I wanted to say thank you! Highly recommend Scott powersports to anyone looking for a new toy

My car broke down in front of their store on a really hot day while I had my pets with me! While they didn't have a car mechanic available (being focused on motorcycles), they let me wait inside in the comfy chairs with my pet carriers until the tow truck came. They are very kind and wonderful people, and if I needed any motorcycles I would go here in a heartbeat.

Recently purchased a used 2015 Honda Pioneer 500 and my initial intention was to service the machine myself. Normally, I utilize a local powersports shop five minutes from my house but I have had some bad experiences there. I used the Honda website to search for a dealer near me. I came across Scott Powersports which is approximately 50 minutes away from my house.
I called with the intention of ordering parts to service the oil, coolant, front and rear differentials, air filter, spark plug and four new tires. I spoke with Chris from the Parts Dept. who was extremely knowledgeable and timely in his response. ALL of the parts I needed were in stock. Being new to this machine, I thought it would be best to have a certified tech look it over once to make sure everything is up to their standard. Chris transferred me to Travis in the Service Dept.
Travis scheduled me immediately to drop off my machine to have the work completed the following business day. Both Travis and Brayden in the Service Dept. were extremely professional and answered all of the questions I had when I dropped off the machine. In addition, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the shop, abundance of machines in the showroom, and their parts department.
Travis advised me the technician, Christopher Smith, conducted a thorough inspection of my machine to ensure everything was running properly. The services I requested were completed and finished exactly when Travis stated they would be.
I highly recommend Scott Powersports and am more than willing to travel 50+ minutes to have my machines serviced there moving forward.

Travis and Brayden were so very helpful
Polite ,professional and made my experience at Scott a pleasure. My ATV went in the same day and was repaired. They explained in detail the repairs. I also purchased my ATV there as well, 6 years ago. I would not go anywhere else. Best experience. Best ATVs
Best service and employees

*Update, will increase rating as when I explained the issue and how they work done couldn't equate the cost, he said he would help and dropped the price by an hour. It was much more reasonable.*
Very disappointed.
Twice I have regretted coming here.
Came here with a firend 2 weeks ago, he was about to buy a bike cash and halfway though paperwork was told it was already sold!!
People are friendly but the service tactics to grab money is insane!...
**I had a coolant overflow leak start just that morning and i had a broken rear light wire. I SHOWED THE SERVICE GUY A SPLIT COOLANT HOSE, I INFORMED HIM I HAD THE HOSES AND A NEW CAP ON ORDER. AND THEN I SHOWED THE TECH THE BROKEN REAR WIRE. (important)**...
I had ordered the parts to do the coolant repair myself ($25 cap + $28 hoses).
I decided i liked these guys and would like to give them some work for being honest about the valves. also the owner seems like nice guy, So to support his company too.
I'm also skeptical about doing wiring as it is for road saftey reasons.
So I offered them to fix these issues. I also offered to drop coolant parts off I ordered for the repairs but he said no, they want to use their own parts. OK!
(I was previously quoted $300-400 for the valve check/ shim work in conversation with owner before bringing the bike a week prior while my friend tried buying the "sold" bike)
They said they would put 3 hours in total for both coolant and light wire repair ($400+tax) The tech reassured me: I would be "looked after"
I get a phone call 2 days later and the same young guy quickly goes through the repair list. One additional thing suggested was to get a new indicator switch (i ordered the same switch replacement for $30) as power was not coming out from it.
He said to do all the work it will be approx $1,700 !!!!
I nearly dropped the phone!
I asked what changed, why so expensive!?
he spoke fairly fast and said nearly 1.5-2hr would be put on for new hand guards with indicators on front (I told him intially I had front indicators at home already, just not wired into sockets, i didnt ask for this).. so he dropped approx $400 off that to approx $1300 total.
Again I asked why so expensive still, "oh another approx $300 to replace the 3 rad tubes and cap and a coolant flush.
I said leave it as i had the parts ordered already as initially informed. Now sits at $800-900.
I asked why expensive still!? he said the new switch for indicators would be $300-400 fitted and take a week. I said no, I would do that myself with my father in law (Mopar mechanic)
So then I asked what was done to the bike regarding the issues I pointed out. He said the broken wire in rear was spliced. The 2 connectors are approx $20 and a compression test was done on the rad, it confirmed the faulty cap causing overflow.
I said ok, how much for the comp test and wire splice?.... $430!!
So the 2 issues THAT I SHOWED THEM, I GOT CHARGED $400 FOR IT TO BE TOLD BACK TO ME, NOT FIXED (minus the time to splice a wire and a compression test...really 3 HOURS!!?)
I found the issues and brought them to him and they just confirmed, patched a wire and charged the full $430!
I have no problem paying for radiator comp test and wire splice. But don't feed me back the info I already gave you, so to fix, only to charge me for the hours it would have taken to fix it in the 1st place!... instead the obvious was "inspected" and charged, then they try hit you with the real bill. Classic "bait the hook" tactic!
For comparison, the mechanic I initially called when i first got my bike quoted me $1200 to inspect the entire bike, including top end, shim valves and inspect piston. And
