Elena was extremely helpful very good at customer service in treating us with respect. I would give her 10 stars if I could to the owners of this branch. I just want you to know Elena does a fantastic job.

Usually a variety of tellers. Somewhat slow service and appointments needed for inside service. This bank charges for items for senior citizens that QNB offers for free.

Good branch, horrible bank. Customer service is always helpful, and the associates there are very friendly. However, their hours are bad, even for a bank, and Wells Fargo is a corrupt, terrible bank on its own.
