Gear Automotive is known for its knowledgeable and thorough team. The mechanics are honest, upfront on prices, and do not use junky parts, only top shelf components. They diagnose pervasive problems correctly and will not start slapping parts on until the issue is resolved. The shop provides extremely in-depth vehicle inspections and points out possible future alerts. Customers find the service fair and appreciate that no question is treated as stupid, with patient explanations for repairs and charges. The work is consistently described as top notch and excellent, making it a trustworthy choice for general repairs and maintenance. The team is a pleasure to work with.
