Always first class service. My Service Manager, Steve Avery is always supremely knowledgeable and courteous. I know when I call Nissan West Hills, and talk to Steve, I'll be taken care of and all my concerns will be addressed and taken care of.

due to a car malfunction and my safety I had to return a car and purchase another one two days later. West Hills NISSAN Refused to honor the same car deal on the second car. Sold me a car $800 cheaper and raised my car payment because they refused to honor a prior rebate, as if their bank account is hurting. They would rather have disgruntled customers than honor $1000 rebate or come down $1000 on the price on an almost $40,000 car. I will never go back to them. I should have gone to Wright Nissan in the first place like I did my previous time in 2017. That was my best car experience ever for a purchase, and this was my worst.I hope my social media posts will help others gain the knowledge of the poor reputation West Hills Nissan has I only wish I knew that first. And 19,000 people work where I work so I will be spreading the news to all 19,000 of where not to go and buy a Nissan! I can hopefully save others from a poor experience.

If I were able to give zero stars I would, based on my last experience I'm done going this dealership for services. After paying $1200.00 for simple repairs, I go and pick up the car to find out that it didn't start nor did they tell me about the what happened until I got there and it wouldn't start. Even if they had fully charged the battery and not said anything would have been better than the way I found out. I have been going to them for services about 7 years now, I really have been treated differently, so thank you for the memories but I am definitely going somewhere else from now on

Dropped off my car at Service Dept the night before my appointment Liked the idea of key drop off. Process was smooth, Steve kept me in the loop and then when it was ready for pickup, checkout process was easy and informative.

I got a oil change and a engine filter swap for only 15$ more then just an oil change at jiffy lube 10 minutes away. Good deals great people. Steve has went out of his way for me several times in the past.

We had a warning light come on in our vehicle several days before we had a four hour trip scheduled for a family wedding. After I explained the situation to the service department they were able to get our vehicle in for service the following day. The vehicle was done before our trip and we were very pleased by their prompt response to our problem. We were quite concerned about the issue because the vehicle is not quite two and a half years old. The woman I spoke to at the service desk was so friendly and polite. She put my concerns at ease and did an amazing job of scheduling us as soon as possible.

The service and the staff and employees are very friendly, helpful and keep you informed.Samantha is so helpful and very kind.She has been so supportive and knowledgeable.I recommend this place to my coworkers and actually one of my coworkers went out to the Moon township location and bought a new car from them.. She stated how comfortable she was and how well they treated her..Congratulations to that location!

Bought a Rogue from here last year. Salesman was knowledgable and not pushy. Brought it in for first inspection, and there was an issue with the self driving software, so they had my car for 3 weeks. Gave me a loaner and didn’t charge for anything. So far, we’re satisfied!

Listen I’m not the easiest person to please but when I say best Cochran in the area, I mean it.Go see Deven. He is a genuine, candid, knowledgeable, and personable representative. Normally I feel pressure when at car dealerships to buy more than I want/need, but Deven made me feel at ease with the whole process. He was able to key into exactly what I want with speed and efficiency and found the perfect car for me.Brett the is also wonderful. Honest, made good on the info he promised. From start to finish (including test drive) I was out the door in 90 minutes.I will be buying my cars in the future from this location. You should too :)

I researched Nissan West Hills website and picked out the vehicle I wanted to test. I talked to Aaron and he assured me he’d have it out front when we got there. He knew all about the product, talked to us and pointed out the ins and outs of the vehicle before we sat in it. Our test drive was successful and since we have been Murano owners for nine years we already knew the quality of the vehicle. Aaron did a great job and the team gave us a fair price. We are very happy with our new car thanks to Nissan West Hills.

Very disappoint though that my “PAID FOR In ADVANCE” oil changes were no longer honored because they “expired”. Bought and paid for, so basically my money was stolen. I will remember this, you lost all future service or potential purchases from a loyal customer. Plenty of other companies to spend my money with. I’ll share my experience indeed.Service desk tech was fine.

I came in to look for a Truck I saw online. Unfortunately it was just getting sold when I arrived. Ryan Powell was incredible! He found me an even better truck! Bought it without no hesitate. First time I ever bought a vehicle from #1 Cochran. I had such a great experience, that I would recommend the Nissan West Hills group to anyone buying a new or used vehicle!

I went in for an oil change on my 11 year old sedan, knowing the yearly inspection was due in a few weeks. While the oil change was being completed, I was informed of issues with the car that would be very costly. Steve Avery in the service department and Devon Henry in the sales department went to work to find a solution for me. They gave me advice and condition information on my car and other cars for sale on the lot that allowed me to feel secure in buying a lease return. I really appreciate the trusted service I get at this dealership! They are always looking out for the condition and safety of my car, and the best car to suit my current needs. At this time last week I had no idea I would be shopping for a new car. Three days after going in for the oil change, I had my fourth Nissan vehicle that I love! Thanks to Steve, Devon, Alan, and everyone else involved who got me through my whirlwind car buying experience! It was my best car buying experience ever!

My salesman Drew great. He was personable, knowledgeable and honest! Got a great deal on my trade and financing was smooth and fast and looked for best rates. They even went and got the car I wanted from another location. Great dealership. I haven’t purchased a car in a while and wasn’t sure what to expect. So happy with choosing them. I love my new car and I would highly recommend anyone to go here first.
