Ever since this ComDoc was bought out and became AmCom they are HORRIFIC. We had auto-pay set up for years, we’ve been kicked off countless times with no notification and then sent large past due bills, after begging to be put on auto-pay repeatedly. Their service 360 or whatever it’s called is awful. Our machines are supposed to automatically send readings and they are constantly getting disconnected so we get harassed to send manual readings. As a small business, we don’t have time to deal with this!! We are an ideal customer… all we want is everything automated and they’ve made it impossible. We’ve had machines with them for almost 5 years and cannot wait for our leases to be up to move over to Axis Business Consultants (HIGHLY recommend them and their machines instead!!!)

We have had horrible experiences with this company. Incorrect accounting, inconsistent communication (if any at all), and prices that are just outrageous compared to the competition. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Have been trying to get toner replaced for over a week and still not able to print. Called multiple times and still no response or ink.... perhaps its time to find another supplier since this machine is more problems and money than anything

TODAY I had to resort to leaving a voicemail message for the President of Amcom (Anthony Massari), after nearly two months of harassing telephone calls from people in Guatemala. We'll see how long it takes NOW to get action and a satisfactory response!Unfortunately, there is not an option to give zero stars, but if I can provide ONE recommendation to anyone looking to do business with Amcom, RUN!

One of the worst business decisions I made was to sign a lease agreement with this company. An overall horrible experience. Horrible equipment, horrible service, can't wait until it's over. Never again.

I have had nothing but issues with AmCom. When we were a customer we had horrible service and could never get into contact with any one. When I would call the help line to have a question answered I would either get a nonhelpful answer or I would be disconnected. That is not even the worst of it. We switched to another company and followed all the proper steps to close our account. That was in May. My account is still not closed, I cannot get a straight answer from anyone, and when I finally get a reply I am told that I will get an answer then I never hear anything back. I have had to go straight to the bank and explain how badly the company has handled all of this and that we want to cancel the contract. I have never had a more infuriating experience with a company. I have even had the VP of Sales involved and nothing has been done. Save yourself the massive headache and go to any other company.

We were switched from Comdoc to Amcom. I wish that I could give them negative stars because they are the worst company that I have ever dealt with in the copier business. Avoid Xerox and go for the Konica Minolta copier! If you want to hold to speak with the citizens in Guatemala then please buy a Xerox. Xerox quality sucks so bad you will be on the phone with Costa Rica daily!

We were switched from Com Doc to Amcom. Our account was always on auto deduct. They switched us off with no notifications. When emailed 5 times, they just ignored why. We paid our invoices, which sometimes came, sometimes didn't. We tried to pay off the balance, to which they asked for a $399 termination fee. They have horrendous customer service. I do not recommend at all.

The worst customer service experience. I left no less than 4 voicemails to dispute a simple $100 invoice. Not one return call. They then turned us over to a collection agency. Tried to contact the controller to express my dissatisfaction, but she won't return my call either. They could obviously care less about my business, which is now with a much better customer-focused company.

This company is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. We were moved to AmCom from ComDoc, which was equally terrible. We have had issues with supply quality and supply availability (which we are on contract for) going back for several years. We actually got rid of three to five printers because ComDoc (now AmCom) couldn't supply toner that would print clearly without clogging the machines and requiring cleaning. Some of our printers that we are on contract for we have had to purchase supplies from office supply stores just so we could have toner that worked and didn't look terrible. For the last SEVEN MONTHS we have not been able to order supplies for a list of machines from the website. I have REPEATEDLY reached out to our account rep about this but no changes have been made. When you call to order the supplies over the phone you get routed overseas, and while the people are very polite and friendly and clearly trying to do a good job, they struggle to understand that we need certain things (like low yield cartridges or MICR), and just keep sending us the standard cartridges. Sometimes these folks don't have available on their website the items that we need, and we end up having to email everything to our account rep.The ONLY good thing I can say about this company is that the service for the machines that break down is top notch, which is good, because with the terrible quality toner that really comes in handy. I would absolutely advise anyone looking for a managed print service company to look elsewhere.

Purchased a new copier in March 2020. Toners supposed to automatically be delivered when needed. For the third time this year.. we are out of toner and cannot print. Had to call to order the toner and now have to wait. Terrible service.
