They were super communicative and polite. They answered my questions and kept me informed, stuck to the timeline, and got me in quicker then other shops I called. My work was almost $20k so they did a lot of work on the car and everything appeared to be done well. I had a pretty good experience up until the end. I would have given a 5star but I was a little disappointed they left the car dirtier than expected and the car was 5 miles to E so I barely made it to a gas station after pickup. Other than that I would recommend based on their work.

I hit a coyote and really did some damage to my car. They did an excellent job repairing the damage and had it back to my before the promised date. Highly recommend!

I had no issues or problems with anyone. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me with my confusion with insurance and the tech was also friendly when looking over the damage and in explaining everything. And my vehicle looked great after all work was done. I’d go back and recommend Caliber Collision to snyone looking to get their car fixed.

I had a wonderful, easy experience with everyone here! I needed cosmetic repairs after my back bumper was hit in a parking lot, and Caliber Collision was recommended to me for ease with insurance coverage. Greg worked with my timeline to ensure convenience, and my car looked good as new when I picked it up. They were also great with communicating throughout the process. Highly recommend!
