Caliber Collision in Coraopolis did a good job repairing and aligning my damaged fender, repairing a door and blending the paint to match on my Z4 BMW. Two years prior they repaired my X5, Greg was wonderful. They also have wonderful customer service. Clay is very good. Last but not least Joe the district manager is the best.

Had to have minor repairs done to front bumper. There was an error made but Greg at caliber went above and beyond to fix it and make it truly right. The fender flair or mud flap was fixed and Greg made everything right. He even comped my gas to have to come. Highly recommend them especially Greg

I recently had my Mercedes E350 serviced at Caliber Collision for paint and body work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The work was done perfectly, and my car looks as good as new.
I would like to give a special shout-out to Greg Kuhns, the Service Advisor who assisted me throughout the process. Greg was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to all my concerns. His excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

This place is such a rip off! You should never do business with them. My car was in an accident and the other person was at fault. State Farm waited and waited to get things going. The car was towed there because Caliber does the work for BMW. The insurance was stalling because of Steve at Caliber would Not run the code on the car so the insurance would cover. He stalled and we wanted it moved elsewhere where they would cooperate. I paid over $3000 just for storage at Caliber!!! I had the car towed to a collusion center that is doing the right thing. Now the insurance will cover and pay for it. All Steve at Caliber did was sit on it so the storage fees would be outrageous!!! Thanks for absolutely nothing, no service done on the car. Take your car to someone who cares, Steve just cares about taking money for nothing. Never go to Caliber.
